Got a letter call from ICR collection agency stating that we owed $299 for an accounts payable publication we did not authorize shipment of. We used their service recently for an annual maintenance check on our A/C, which they sold us in Mid 2001. The technician came out to our place on Monday March 8, 2010. Right away he acted as though there was a major problem with our system. In fact, he told us our A/C which is cooling just fine needed to be replaced. I placed an order for my grandson who lives in another state on the ToysRUs website. I wanted it shipped to him not me. Other websites give you the option to have a separate shipping address entered, this one did not. I continued placing the order hoping the chance to do this would come up. It didn't. When I booked my ticket, I paid an extra $40C for the elite plus service on a champagne getaway, which allows for emergency row seating and an extra 5kg of checked baggage (30kg). We just joined last year (2008) at Las Cabos location, went to make reservations in January they said for August call Feb 2nd he even gave me a time 8 am my time. I've had problems with getting issues resolved from WellworX sporting Health Club for over 3 years. On 9/13/2008, I purchased a Linksys router, model BEFSX41. After 8 months the router stopped functioning. I have phoned my bank about this unauthorised payment taken & been told to cancel with this company but Cannot get in touch with them. there have been hundreds of people caught out with this 'FREE TRIAL' scam.
