Just like other reviews here, I emailed beemod to find out if a particular coffee table was in stock. I was told it was, and would be shipped out. I placed my order, my card was promptly charged. I emailed them once again, a week later, asking if my item was shipped, and was told it was. After not receiving it a week later, I emailed again, asking if my item was being shipped, and was told it was shipped "earlier this week." When I asked for a tracking number, they stopped replying to all emails. STAY AWAY from this company. They will not send you what you ordered. I took out AAA car insurance on June 8th, two weeks later the underwriters called to take a survey and go over the policy. EVERTHING WAS FINE ACCORDING TO THEM. After much searching, I contracted with Eagle Van Lines at their leisure to pick up and crate two rounded-glass, mirrored corner cabinets and a dresser, and ship them to California. I was charged almost $1100. for the privilege, but the cabinets were not crated and arrived with both the glass and mirrors broken. I renewed the subscription for the 2008 version. I have been having problems with the spamtool and their tech support has been giving me the run around since Oct.4, 2007. What few emails I get from them, they keep giving me the same solution to try. They tell me to send them a file report and I do and I never hear anything from them. I don't know if their getting the mail because of the problems I'm having with outgoing mail when using the spamtool. I told them I will not be renewing the subscription on Oct 2008. I have a problem with First Horizon. I have had a Home Mortgage with them for the past 6 years; and never had a late payment. I am currently paying my loan on line with them. I received a letter from them letting me know they were going to start charging a "convenience fee" of $11 in the future. They did offer me other options that are 'free.' I can join their bank. We purchased a 2005 Ford Freestar at Lasco Ford of Fenton, MI in August 2005. We purchased an exteded warranty through the dealership at the same time from Signet Financial Group. Our main toll road on the M50 motorway in Dublin has removed the barriers and toll booths. Now drivers must pay by 8pm next day or face a double charge. I went to work next day in my wifes car, could not remember the reg of my car, and because I would not get back to my house until after 8pm, I now must pay €6 each way instead of €3. I just today stopped to make a purchase of a full tank of gas. Purchase price was $3.48 cents per gallon that equals to the amount of $43.84 cents not to mention the two (2) beverage drinks I had planned on pruchasing. Got this card going into college. Started to use it exclusively for my purchases, never went over my limit, always paid off my balance in full on a monthly basis, and built up a pretty good credit history. I have tried repeatedly to call to shut off my service and the system through the phone line and the website does not even offer it as an option. I wait for hours to get though to a person who simply says they will transfer me to the right department and then put on hold for hours again. I think they will not talk to people behind on the bill?
