They decided to change all login details due to a security breach, they changed it while I was on holiday. When I came back I could no longer log into my acccount or e-mail accounts. During this time my credit card expirory date had changed. When I could finally access my account and update my details they issued a "debt recovery" admin charge of £20 plus VAT for not updating my details within a week. I got calls from this company, as did my friends in reference to me. They used the name Kim Moore and Kelly Johnson, saying they were collecting on a payday loan and that my case would be downloaded today if I didn't send them money via western union in 3 hours. On February 18th 2011, a debit was made from my UK current banking account. The details appeared on the statement as a payment to FLT*GRANTINSTITUTE. The amount was $ 59 USDollars. [Which appeared on my statement as 37.77 UK Pounds] When I called my bank they gave me the contact phone no associated with this company as 866-459-9072. I have no knowledge of this company, I most definitely did NOT make this payment to this company, and I am extremely worried about it. Recently purchased a pair of LEVI 501 jeans - the seam on one leg was so twisted the outside seam ran down the front of my shin. Took them back and bought another pair which seemed better but no,they are almost as bad. I have numerous pairs of budget jeans and none are as badly made as these. It's time Levi got out to their sweatshops and started carrying out some quality control! I noticed withdrawals of $39.95 coming out of my checking account. I called Customer Service at 877-495-1173 (was listed in my banking statement) and got someone who couldn't locate my account or tell me why I was being charged. Finally, she said that I had ordered a CD and subscribed to a service for "Filing Grants"... Well, I have absolutely no need or interest in filing grants, so I obviously did not sign up for this. The Child Support Enforcement Office in the State of Florida should DEFINITELY be looked into. I have recieved only 3 child support payments in the last year. Volusion.com is a complete ripoff!!! Their ecommerce solution is the worst. 1) The website builder is very hard to navigate. It would have been faster to start from scratch with a webdeveloper! 2) Their merchant services started billing us, and they never told us that the service was active. I received my phone bill for the month of February and I noticed two strange charges on my bill from a place called Voice Vox .They were billed for 14.95 on 1/1/09 and 14.95 on 2/1/09. I called the phone company and they said that they would take it off my bill for them, but that I had to call 1-888-301-3724 which is Voice Vox's phone number and file a complaint. On 12/31/07 I ordered flower for my mother. Since I was snowed in just to let her know we were on our way since she was hospitalized with a brain tumor and would be having surgery. Never liked Volvo after having an S40. Leased it, the service was weak and after the lease expired and I returned the car, the dealership failed to inspect the car when I dropped it off. I am fed up with different Kauai branches getting a simple order wrong far too often.
