Order 59113 was placed on 20th May with DCCA after getting confirmation about products(2 set of Speakers) in stock.
NO shipment nor update from them, hence asked to cancel. They didnt even bother. With Multiple calling and with few Emails exchanges for a week they finally Cancelled order on 4th June 2010 and said amount would be credited back within 3-7 working days.
No Refund till date and no response on emial as well.
POsted a review on this website(ResellerRating.com) on 23rd June, they asked me to REMOVE THE POST AND WORK WITH THEM FOR RESOLUTION.
Trusted them and changed my REVIEW, but they didnt keep up their words. read full review »

I got the information from Dalbey and wanted to take my time looking at it. They called me several times the first week, despite me telling them that I would call them when I was ready. My card has been charged for two months at $18.95 each. I don't even know what this is and did not sign up for anything. I would like a refund and no further charges from my card. An apology wouldn't hurt. I am at a point where I need to get a different card. I got this card for a certain purpose, now, when they swipe it there isn't enough on it resulting in additional charges from them. So actually you have cost me more than the $37.90. We cruised the Danube with Viking River Cruises in May, 2009. The trip included only a night and a day in Vienna, not enough but we accepted that based on at least having an evening there.
But Viking didn't come through with the evening they had promised. They said there was a problem with bridge construction that would delay arrival in Vienna, and tied up instead at the tiny village of Krems, where there was nothing to see and nothing to do. Dada.net setup a subscription based account for my minor child without my consent. The child thought he was downloading a "free" ringtone, but instead their system automatically setup an account for him charging $9.99 a month. The child was never able to download the file. I requested credit from Sprint and Dada.net, although I do not expect Sprint to be of assistance in this matter because they have never been able to assist me in any other issues have I had. May 2, 2008: Got an invoice today stating I owe $27 and change for dues plus $27 and change for (one monthe) past dues. My membership expired April 7, 2008. Hi, I just ran into the most amazing scam related to Equfax! I was really shocked. There is an online company called GratisPay that offers a free trial of Equfax's online services and then you are supposed to get some free stuff from GratisPay. Well, it's all a scam, you don't get anything. So the problem came when I tried to cancel my new Equfax online service. On the website it gave NO INFORMATION on how to cancel your free trial. I tried to cash an Insurance Co. reimbursement check made out to me at my local Genuardi's food store. I entered my SS# as directed by the clerk, who had my Drivers License in front of her and she entered that info. She told me that she could not cash the check as Certegy, their check cashing agency said that my name and SS# did not match. She tried twice more after I gave her my SS card and Medicare Card which has my Social on it.

Only 15 years after installation, 5 of my 8 Marvin windows need to be replaced because the frames, sills and even some sashes, have rotted. The only 3 that don't need replacement are located under a porch roof.
I purchased the windows with Marvin's now discontinued "Flexicron" finish. During shipping the Flexicron finish cracked at the seams. Marvin sent several representatives to check out the problem. I just noticed two strange looking charges made to my checking account and called my bank to report them. The charges appear as WFC PBP CP WEB PMT. The charges are one for $50.00 and one for $57.00 and were made on January 5 and January 19, 2011 respectively. When I contacted my bank, I was told that they could't verify the companies that submitted these charges but that they were going to put a hold on any future charges on both companies. Ordered books worth Rs.750-/ by way of credit card. The payment has gone through on 17th september 2007 but it is more than 3 months now, books have not been delivered at all.
We are unable to contact them over phone or by mail. It seems these people have made it their habit to earn money by cheating the poor public. If they are so hard off for money, why don't they beg. My friend and I bought the $99 Deluxe Cruise Vacation Passport that's supposed to be good for two people. They claim you'll only have to pay $29 - $129 per person in taxes and fees, depending on the cruise selected.
They require you to fill out a form online, then they mail you another form to fill out, then you get another form to fill out by mail... so that 3 forms that expire if not completed before a certain date.

Changed to Com Cast in June 2010 as of 18 Oct we have had nothing but service outages on our BUNDLED service. No TV after 7pm till 7am no phone, no computer. Aparade of Techs who can't fix the problem. No one who is capable to make the necessary repairs is dispatched. Every employee give a different excuse.

World Financial Network National Bank (dba: Woman Within) has allowed Reservation Rewards to perpetrate a scam on it's customers.
I went to the website to order clothing from them and evidently when I completed the order, this company has a way to trick you into signing up for whatever they are selling. I did not knowingly sign up for this, I just wanted to order clothes, as I have done since 1973.

The whole Virgin Mobile Top-Up phones sounded like a great idea for a daily usage with a plan for $ 44.99 giving 400 anytime minutes and unlimited nights and weekends.
