I was new to the country when I got suckered into this credit card. The card has a bunch of fees on it when you get it. I made a mistake of paying one of my bills on it (in hard economic times) and I am still paying for it. I forgot to make a payment one time and I remembered on the day it was due and they wanted to charge me 11 bucks for making a payment over the phone on top of my payment. We bought a Ragdoll kitten in Dec. from Luke and Cheryl Bromagen. They gave him antibiotic drops on his way out the door. Kitten died less than 72 hours later-was septic from intestinal parasite. I believe their website is inaccurate and/or misleading. Recently I had purchased and used Clairol Natural Instincts Creme Color and was unhappy with the results of it washing out/fading in a matter of 3-4 days from applying it. We had the washing machine repaired by our insurer as we thought, we switched the machine on and went out shopping and on our return we notice that the fridge freezers was defrosting and the electricty was off. They changed terms once they were agreed to by raising the rates which we had in writing, adding fees we were not told of in advance and not returning calls about any of these issues. Hired WTS in 9/2008 paid them to handle a tax situation that forced me into a bankruptcy. I owed the IRS $22k. When I got out of BK in 2010, they acted like I was a pain, and begrudgingly prepared a settlement Form 656, but I had to do all the work. The Form 656 asked for a settlement of $2k, but then WTS informed me that in addition to the $2k my 2009 refund of $3k and 2010 refund of $4k would also be taken by IRS. i bought a hammer H3 from porters auto in george a month ago. very nice vechile to look at, but give me endless problems. i went to the manager plenty times aswell as the dealers principal. every time theres a different problem and repair they must fix. my car went to hammer cape town for repair a week. went to bosch george 3 days. my petrol usage is 2.4 km a litre and the car makes a sound on the passanger side witch they cant fix. the front grill was also not inline with the body aswell the bull bar. the had to fix that aswell. every time theres a story. very unsatisfied read full review »
