NIPSCO
Steader24 April 3, 2011
My NIPSCO bill was generated on 8/13/2010 stating that I had a past due amount of 266.53, total amount due of 447.84 and 181.31 due on 9/2/2010. Meter reading date was between the 13th and 15th. Nipsco's customer service manual states that they MUST send a disconnection notice and they can't disconnect until 14 days have passed from the issue of the disconnection notice. What I got on the 13th is a regular bill with no disconnect notice. There is no disconnect notice on my online account, and no other information since the... read full review »

The Natural Health Shoppe
LuluBird22 September 8, 2010
We bought a product off of eBay from the natural health Shoppe. A couple weeks went by and we never got our product. So I email them thought eBay and no response. So I went to see if they had another website to look for contact information and couldn?t even find a number so I e-mail them. They got back to me with no information so I called them. A girl named Sharon F. answered then phone. I asked her about my order and she said it should be going out Wednesday, and I asked her why it was taking so long and she said "I don?t know" so I... read full review »

Six Flags Over Georgia
BWells July 12, 2009
It is not surprise Six Flags has filed bankruptcy. They have adopted the model of airline companies where they treat their customers poorly and develop deceptive practices to attract customers. Six Flags Over Georgia promotes everyone pays kids price. What they fail to tell you is that the ticket needs to be purchased on the web. There is no mention of this on the web. When you arrive to purchase a ticket, the price is different. For example, my daughter paid $40.00 for an entrance fee when the advertised fee is $29.99. If Six Flag... read full review »

Reputation Defender
SamK58 November 9, 2009
I have a big time issue with ReputationDefender.com. This is the worst company I have ever worked with. Reputation Defender is condescending, disrespectful, and they do not know how to do SEO work! simply as that. They make you promises and talk the big talk but, do not follow through and NOT ONE PROMISE is kept. Unfortunately you've already lost thousands of dollars by then, trusting all the hog wash and excuses. We have lost money with ReputationDefender, and NO, they don't have a money back guarantee. Reputation Defender is in this only for the money they don't care about the client. read full review »

Seattle Coffee Direct
February 12, 2007
I take all the blame for being stupid and responding to an online survey. The promotional offer was 2 lb of coffee plus a coffee grinder for $9. It sounded like a good deal. Somewhere in the fine print was a $25 membership fee. I was charged $34.00 on Jan 30. I went on line to check my credit card bill and saw this charge plus another on Feb 7. I called immediately to cancel. The coffee is lousy and definitely not worth $17 per lb. I have seen numerous complaints online and they apparently charge for coffee much more often than once every... read full review »

I purchased two toys for my son from ToyGlobe.com, a total value of $27.90. I waited and waited for delivery and finally receive a certified mail delivery notice in the mail indicating that I would need to sign for the item at my local post office, which is 2 hours away from where I am located during business hours. This wouldn't work for me, so I called toyglobe's "customer service" line and spoke with Tony, the owner. This website is an arm of the wall st journal . It promotes the interests of wall st by only allowing positive views on the comments to its published articles . Those that do react negatively are censored by not allowing them to post even though they are recognised by a sign in name they are told to select an id name . When they try to do so the website ends with a blank page . All attempts to contact as to the meaning of the problem are ignored . My only understanding is that they deliberately censor people by removing their abilityto post . read full review »

Loreal puts false claims (accompanied with pictures of models) on their products! My hair turned really really black! It also has uneven tone - the roots are much lighter (although I don't have roots, since I don't have gray hair yet!) The ends are REALLY REALLY DARK BLACK !! instead of light brown!! I tried to die it again with a lighter color - it didn't work either!! I am stuck with it, don't know what to do!!! I will never buy their products and wanted to warn everybody about this!
