I bought a birth certificate on vitalcheks.com and want a refund because I didnt know I had to pay $45 to get a birth certificate

Not Received
Ordered three birth certificates, but received two with Vital Chek
On November 17, 2010 with order number 23870992, requested three including Carmen L Velazquez Pagan, but this one was not received.. Paid $35.40 for al three.
Calls and e-mails sent but no response and no certificate was recieved. Appreciate your asistance.

I didn't get what I ordered
I purchased for a birth certificate but instead I was charged $19.99 that all I got was some link. That's false advertising. What I thought I purchased didn't turn out to be. I am asking for a full refund back to my debit card asap. Thanks

ON NOVEMBER 13, 2010 I REQUESTED A BIRTH CERTIFICATE THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH OF PR. I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION 3 1358134274 FROM BLEUE CORPORATION WITH A CHARGE OF $14.95 TO MY CREDIT CARD. I VERIFY THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH INTERNET SITE TO SEE IF THE NAME OF BLEUR CORP WAS THERE BUT NOW IT IS NOT THERE. I NEED THE DOCUMENT URGENTLY. WHAT IS HAPPENING. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW.

Pleaes, please, please seek another way to get a birth certificate. This company is awful, they lied to me about where my request was, "your request was shoved into a pile of other junk and we didn't do it". This was after 8 weeks, 2 unanswered emails and 3 hpours on the phone trying to find a direct phone number (which by the way is 1-562-462-2199) after being on hold with VitalChek for another 45 min. I was directed to a manager named 'Debbie' who spoke down to me, demanded to know who I spoke to earlier and refused to actually address this issue. What a high handed line of crap, I asked to speak with the CEO finally, she refused and informed me that "you might see your certificate in a coupkle of weeks" They promise 18 days on their website.

I ordered a birth certificate and was charged 19.99 and never recieved my confirmation number or pin so that i could receive the birth certificate they said they would look into it an said that it didn't go through but according to my bank account i was charged i want the refund

19.99 for a birth certificite i didnt get because they wanted more than i had on my credit card never got my money put back on my card
needed a copy of my birth certificate in order to get through jts and associates i had to go through paypal who took my credit card number and sent jts and associates 19.99 for a birth certificate when i got to the web site jts & associates they wanted additional money that i didnt have. I didnt ordered the birth certificate. Jts & associates didnt send the money back to paypal to be put back on my credit card.

Terrible service!
Don't get involved with this company! they take your money and THEN tell you instructions that make you jump through all kinds of hoops to get your birthcertificate. THEN they don't send it, don't acknowledte your faxes, don't answer your emails. Don't send back your money. They just DON'T. They truly don't care either. I sincerely hope their business goes down in flames!!!

Their service is disgrace! All they do is refer you to the website listed in GOOGLE as a first search result when " Order Birth certificate" is typed in. What is the point of the service???? They do the Google search for you and charge you $19.99???
Ridiculous. They think people are IDIOTS?
