DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This company does not keep any items in stock, rather just drop ships to you from vendors. This process in reality takes 7 to 10 days. If you have weeks to wait to receive items, go ahead and order. If you are on a deadline they will never make it, and then charge you a 15% restocking fee if you have to return the items because you were forced to order them from another company that actually cared about customer service. Customer Service Representatives must be told or trained to be as rude and condescending as possible. On April 2, 2009, I recieved a letter from Asset Acceptance LLC stated that I could settle a account with Southwestern Bell of $769.00 by paying $163.00 to clear it from my credit history, so that I could find out who really used my name and Information in Texas to fraudulently create utility accounts. My family and I were booked on flight 678 Orlando to White Plains on January 15 (8:25am scheduled departure). I bought the IOMEGA SCREENPLAY PLUS USB 2.0/AV/HDMI, 1TB MULTIMEDIA DRIVE. When I connected it it did not have a 1TB disk space as advertised on all Iomega pages and all the retailer pages. Odenza sells vouchers to companies that offer them to people like me who come to listen to a presentation about a product they would like to sell. Odenza promises in writing in their brochure that you send $50 and they will book 2 night hotel from a list of cities. I recently visited Ace Hardware and now I cannot sleep from the nightmare that unfolded while I was there.
