Do not shop there
I made a purchase in March almost one month ago for a holster that they say was in stock. It turns out after two weeks that it was now on backorder, I understand that happens, oh well. I sent an email at two and a half weeks when I could not get a human being on the phone. I received a boiler plated response of crap. It has been more than a month now and I do not expect anything more from this poorly ran company, except more stalling or just out right theft, so I will do my part and spread the word to never do business with this so called company.

Waste of time
Do not order from!March 15th submitted STILL have NOT received a thing I ordered!You might save a buck or two, don't waste your time.Spend the extra money somewhere else.Two items I ordered, if out of stock notify on web site.Even if they drop ship it still should not take this long!This company must be ran out of his basement.I now post this on April 9th of 2011.There was a email with facts I had already knew.One other thing I did not like was my Card was already charged before items went out, a lot of on line retailers do-not do this.

Took my property and wouldn't return it
Bought a set of leatherman pliers 300 model in tip city in august or september I found a different set i liked better ; so i went to the store where i live and tried to return them and i was asked for my recipt was told can not find it . at that point they went to look it up and said they did not see where any were sold there and then said they would not give them back to me i called tip city where i bought them and they found when they were purchased. but still dont have my 70 bucks or my pliers .i want this situation remedied in 24 hours i have contacted my attorney and the police if not resolved i will see you in court .

Bad service
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This company does not keep any items in stock, rather just drop ships to you from vendors. This process in reality takes 7 to 10 days. If you have weeks to wait to receive items, go ahead and order. If you are on a deadline they will never make it, and then charge you a 15% restocking fee if you have to return the items because you were forced to order them from another company that actually cared about customer service. Customer Service Representatives must be told or trained to be as rude and condescending as possible. I'm very dissatisfied with their service and will write a review such as this anywhere I can.
