I wish I had read the online complaints before I called Sears service to repair my Kenmore dishwasher. I would not have called them at all and never will again. We have had Protection One as our security company at this address since October of 2009. We had then install a camera/DVR system and sensor system. The problem is that the e-mail notification said I was renewing a service I never signed up for, didn't disclose that I would be charged $99, said that failure to take action would lead to being billed, and gave incorrect directions for how to cancel this service. This company takes photos of newborns in the hospital. The photos came to us crumpled and bent, in flimsy packaging, and cut at irregular angles. Portions of other pictures appear on the borders (due to bad cutting). They come on very thin paper as well; nearly see-through. It's like a child was practicing photo developing, printing, and cutting with our project. Customer service was incredulous and not willing to give a refund. I had made an appointment for an estimate for work to be done on a wall in my living room. I made this appointment for 10 days later. I was sent 2 confirmations for the date and time within those 10 days. Since June of 2008 I have paid over $2000.00 in eletric bills. I shut off my air conditioner in September so I would have some money for Christmas. My bill in October was ok until they double it. The second amount, which was equal to original bill, was listed as energy rate correction. I called the company and was told that in July they only charged me 14% and should have charged me 19%. This is the worst example of customer service I've ever experienced. Was trying to move service for my parents from one address to another in the same small town. Vartec is the carrier. They’ve not yet moves the service. So far my parents have been without a phone for almost a month. There was a 76.27 charge on my debit card for PC TOOLS and I had never heard of them. I called them and Element 5. The charge has not went thru yet and they said they couldn't stop it and since I canceled my card they couldn't give me a refund but I could have one of their products.We got a real weird email from eeb@msn and it directed us to a site in England or Ireland.
