We purchased a Simmons King size mattress and Box spring last November from Jordan's furniture. The thing has sagged on both sides and we are sleeping in valleys with the center of this mattress higher and firmer than the sagging part. the side of the mattress is also sagging outward. Following a visit to the showroon to browse a designer pounced on us to arrange a home design visit. We were pressured into putting a 2k deposit down on a 7K kitchen that was not going to be installed for a year. We rang the guy the next week to be told he had left the company but were told not to worry it will be overseen by another designer. Was given an estimated invoice of 3100.00, when asked what why it was 1400.00 higher the the quote given on the phone they gave a long list of extra jobs that needed doing.
