I purchased a Nokia N73 Music Edition on 24th December from their dealer SIMTEL Mobile Planet at RT Nagar. It was supposed to be preloaded with 100 songs (Legends), but there were none. I found a charge on my bill for some application called Pictavision. I have not only found it charged on my phone number, but also on my family member's phone number. I have had to review the bill each month and have it removed. Each time I have asked to have it removed, I am "reassured" that it will not appear again. I had booked a cochin-delhi ticket on jetlite do travel on 12th nov 07 worth Rs 5422, It was supposed to be a paper ticket. I placed an order with this company and they have been charging my credit card 14.95 every month for a rewards program I didn't even know I signed up for. They told me at the end of the order they asked me if I'd like to save 20% and I clicked yes so that gave them the right to charge me. My husband checks the credit card bill and didn't catch it thinking I was ordering from them every month. So, I had been charged 4 months before we caught it and they wouldn't refund my money.
