SuperPages.com
August 28, 2006
I was contacted by a Superpages.com salesman who lead me to believe that I could try Superpages for three months for the $15 per month I had been paying for a Yellow page listing. If I was not satisfied I could discontinue the service. If I wanted to keep the service it would cost $111.00 per month. He told me there was no contractual obligation. I subsequently found out that SuperPages expected a one year commitment and has been billing me. They have refused to terminate the billing. I have written the Chairman of Verizon twice and the matter... read full review »

Oscar Meyer
Smartes April 13, 2010
Our family has bought Oscar Meyer products for years. The last two months we have thrown out weiners that smell so bad when you cook them. Not just a little bad, but bad. We bought them at a Wal-Mart Super center so I assume the meat boxes are well maintained and the meat had good expiration dates on them. Has Oscar Meyer dropped their quality? We're going to start using Hebrew products. read full review »

BROWNING EQUIPMENT INC
Concerned Citizens in Bluemont April 3, 2009
On July 11, 2008 Browning Equipment Inc of Purcellville, VA performed a generator service call on our property dispatching one technician and one salesman for approximately 2 to 2 ½ hours. The salesman, Bobby Roudabousch, spent that time speaking with us and did not perform any work. In fact, he had cancelled several appointments stating that the technician was not available and that he was unqualified to perform the work himself. We received an invoice dated 12/10/08 for 5.2 hours and have disputed the invoice because we feel the... read full review »

Seriously Magnolia you are one to talk about posting the same crap over and over. The mess started the day you posted about sellers you didn’t like and you haven’t shut up since. You and your fictitious names posing as buyers say the same thing over and over again. Let’s discuss creepyhollows dirty little secret. Magnolia removes the nice comments posted for sellers she doesn’t like and bars the poster from her site. Creepyhollows double standard doesn’t work for me. ProFlowers/Freeshipping.com
November 13, 2008
I thought I would order a surprise delivery of flowers for my wife so I went on to proflowers.com after hearing a lot of their advertisements on the radio. When I chose the flowers that I wanted, it tells you that your order is eligible for free shipping. So, I clicked on the free shipping button and then I am asked to fill out some information including my credit card number etc. I am thinking I am still in the proflowers website. After spending too much time on it, I gave up and didn't even order the flowers for my wife. I was confused... read full review »

I left very cold and sick with my girlfriend. the movie was : " did you hear about the morgans?" . maybe 40 tix sold. However upstairs the theater that "Avatar" was playing in was toastie warm. If it is not good $$$$ to heat a theater when only a few tickets are sold then give people heat or money back. It was such an insult to sit two hours with coat and sweater to try to keep warm. RC Willey
December 14, 2007
I visited RC Willey, Orem, UT store to buy a HD TV on the Presidents Day. RC Willey had a special Presidents Day sale going on that day. I liked a Toshiba Regza brand and decided to buy. I also ordered a TV Stand. Later I was told by Travis, the Sales Agent that the TV that I liked is on back order. I was told by the agent that I would receive the TV on March 13 after the next stock comes from Toshiba. On March 13, I was contacted and told by the same agent that the TV I liked is discontinued and if I like the Floor Model, they can deliver on... read full review »

Mars Veterinary
July 8, 2008
Through my vet, I had a Wisdom Panel MX done for my dog Marley. I was charged $135.00 for this test, and its results are totally bogus. Here is quote from the report: "You should see traits from: ------ (blank). You May see traits from: ------ (blank). There's a slight Chance of seeing traits from: Beagle, Chow Chow and Siberian Husky." "Results like Marley's are found in about 70% of mixed breed dogs in the U.S." It's noteworthy that probably 9 out of 10 people believe my dog is a border collie (possibly a border collie/lab). read full review »

LeaseTrader.com
October 12, 2008
This website is a huge scam. First you have to sign up for 40.00 to put your car on the website. Then you find out it cost 10.00 to put pictures on it. Then about 20 minutes later you get an email saying they have found you a buyer but you have to upgrade to the gold package which is 69.99 to contact the interested buyer. Without me ever signing up for that package i check my bank account and see they took the liberty to go into my account and take 50.00 out to upgrade me themselves. DO NOT use this website read full review »

I just about fell off my chair laughing when I read the following on www.timesharesonly.com..."Timeshares Only is the world’s largest timeshare resale marketplace. Through co-operative advertising, Timeshares Only makes it possible for timeshare buyers, sellers and renters to connect around the World." My experience with Timeshares Only: I signed up with Timeshares Only in October of 2007 to sell my Hyatt timeshare at Pinon Pointe in Sedona, AZ for $598. Teleflora
December 29, 2007
I will never buy from Teleflora again. I would strongly suggest you do likewise. What was delivered bore little resemblance to the picture on their website. For example: Instead of 13 large carnations, it had only five small ones; the vase was not the one shown (instead of the snowmen shown, the "Let it Snowman" arrangement came in a vase with Santas); there were no peppermint sticks, although seven or more were shown in the picture; and the entire arrangement was several inches shorter than the one advertised. I could not set up a payment for the 16th. They recently changed there website so they no longer accept next day payments, but for $10.00 you can chat with a specialist who you tell the payment amount to and the make the payment for you. This gets around the new laws stopping them from charging rush payment fees for online payments made before 5:00 pm on the payment date. They are... read full review »

My wife is from Montana and when she moved here in Iowa the second year we took our taxes to H and R Block. My wife divorce papers said that her x claim the boy and she claims the girl. We told the person at H and R Block that and he said we couldn't claim her because she wasn't with us for that long in 2005. He mentioned they have to live with you so many months. In 2006 we figured we could claim both children so we did. They lived with their mother more that year. The x filed and his came back because both claim the son. Now... read full review »

I am a past employee of Orkin Pest Control from a few years ago...... If you are considering a career with this company, I urge you to reconsider! My wife and I signed up with them 2 years ago. We are moving to a new home 1 mile away. Their rep assessed our new house already equipped with a good alarm system and proceeded to assess us a new activation for $200 and also for every single window that are already wired, and charge us for a new box. Ultimately, they wanted a $900 to “transfer” service. BBVA Compass Bank
JAT March 23, 2009
Compass Bank has charged my account about $250 in overdrawn charges stemming from an oversight that led to a $3 negative balance. By the time I saw the first $38 NSF charge, my online account information showed that a trasfer wire deposit had posted and the account was no longer negative. What I did not know is that a small debit charge posted before the deposit, thus another $38 was charged. By this time, I had used my debit card twice more for small transactions, thinking I had a positive balance to cover them. Requests to remove all but the... read full review »

So, after 2 months of calling Harlan every day and making 2 trips to his house, Harlan finally mailed me my disc. He originally promised me my pictures in 2-3 days. I did not expect much after I realized what kind of person I was dealing with, but I was extremely disappointed. My 4 year old son could have taken these pictures. He did not not edit the photos one bit. No red eye reduction, no cropping, no nothing. This guy is a complete loser as a person and a photographer. I feel so sorry for the brides who picked this guy.
