Bought a Whirlpool dishwasher in fall of '06 (among other appliances during my home renovation) and the motor has gone bad 3 times in just over 3 years. Gerhards will not go to bat for us with Whirlpool, instead telling us to contact them ourselves. So I called Whirlpool and after a lengthy discussion they gave me $50 off the $160 part. It arrived today so I called the store to have it installed and the first time they can do it is 5 days from now. I just purchased (1/17/09) a Simmons Beautyrest mattress. From day one I experienced terrible sagging, hard hump in middle and on sides, even though using proper frame according to Simmons customer service and warranty. Sagging only happens when you lie on it (at least so far). Warranty only if sagging while not lying in it. Placed an order on January 11 for my son's party on the 29th. After three weeks, I still had not received my order. I sent two emails that were never answered. I received only part of my order today, Feb 3rd. Finally I was able to get a hold of someone through Live Chat who said I should have gotten an email when they shipped my stuff saying they had a system failure & that they were behind, voiding their promise to ship within 2 -4 business days. Last year I have purchased a Swift. I have faced some problems which mostly arise through inexpensive use of materials in the car, but none have been as unbelievable than this. I had a positive balance and made an online transfer which put my account at a good amount. I then look at my online banking the next day and i have been charges 5 $38 dollar nsf charges. I have found that ACS recorded the amount of the payment I made in December of 2009 for less than the amount I actually paid. I truly hate M&T their banking fees are crazy. Their reps are even worse. I can't believe the NFL is backing them as a bank. You would think they would have more sense then that, however they don't. In March 2011 I travelled through Stansted airport. I did not receive a plastic liquid bag nor did I see any signeage whatsoever that I needed to buy one prior to clearing the queue. I had my liquids in a see through plastic wrapper I had found at home. I was told after clearing security and after a very long wait (20 minutes) that I could either leave security, buy a bag from the shop and requeue or lose my liquids. I ordered a new TiVO DVR Monday, 12/10/07. It was delivered Friday, 12/14/07. They even threw in a free wireless connection. Although I have been able t connect two wireless laptops to my network, and TiVO was able to see my network, it was unable to connect.
