I have gotten a dozen or so phone call from this Legal Affidavit Company supposedily representing USA Cash Advance saying that I failed to repay a cash advance loan that I never received or applied for from a company called USa Cash Advance. I have asked them over and over to send the documentation and wire transfer information which they have never sent. They keep saying they are going to file a lawsuit against me in the court of Illinois. We signed up with a RingCentral's 800 number through a selection within VistaPrint after selecting and improving a custom business card design. We chose our 800 and had it placed on the card. We PAYED through VistaPrint and thought everything was set through our payment. VistaPrint nor RingCentral informs you that your 800 number will be cancelled within a week. They both make you believe through their erroneous descriptions that you have "reserved" the 800 number for your business. After calling my own number, I found RingCentral gave that number to someone else. What a scam. Do not sign-up with RingCentral from within VistaPrint. read full review »

Just a warning to those doing some last minute christmas card ordering online at Target.com. I would recommend calling ahead to make sure the location you choose for pickup can accommodate your order. We placed our order 3 days ago for a set of xmas cards, 1 hour processing time. We selected the closest Target and placed our order. We went in the next day and were told there were not ready yet. Not a big deal. We were disappointed since we were told 1 hour processing and we gave them a whole day, but no big deal. We were told to come... read full review »

Real Property Management
Lorrne February 3, 2010
I moved into this property and have been treated rudely and completely unprofessional since the day they got the first of the money they said we owed. We paid the first months rent and the deposit after checking several times if it was the actual amount that we owed. Later they decided we owed more and left one message about it on my husbands phone. After several attempts to call them to find out what they were talking about and no one answering I came home to an eviction notice on my door. This notice said they made diligent efforts to... read full review »

They called my home despite the Do Not Call list, a pre-recorded message asked a series of "yes" or "no" answers, never explaining the purpose of the call or what they were selling...my elderly father answered the call and unsuspectingly answered their questions. I used George for many years. He has always been challening to get ahold of and pin down. Two years ago I had the following experience. He strung me along for many month and I constantly got the run around. Eventually (around June), he got my returns done and was apologized etc. Last year was similar but not nearly as protracted. This year, he is back to the same old deal. He made an appointment, which he cancelled with about 2 hours notice. He said that he would contact me the next day to reschedule. Maytag/Whirlpool
Starr January 5, 2009
I purchased a Maytag gas stove model #MGR5751BDS in July of 2008. This product failed right out of the box. First the oven clock stopped working, then the burners had trouble, then the oven started cooking at random temperatures, finally it failed completely. I have called Maytag numerous times and have had a number of service calls (each service call meant two visits by A&E: one to assess the problem, two when the parts arrived to install them). I have missed countless hours of work, spent numerous hours on the phone with Maytag arguing... read full review »

I can't imagine someone finding my dog and being able to read her name and the #s printed on it! When I called the woman I spoke with was rude and said she's been printing (ripping people off) these for 20 years. Even on the ads I received with the tag the print appears larger! To top it off, it was sent with an 's' hook to attach to the collar with pliers--as if my dog will forever have the same collar! Dieters cancelled tour by calling the hotel desk clerk (had my cell phone number but was apparently avoiding talking directly to me) and left message that he was cancelling tour due to family emergency. Also, there is a NO REFUND policy, so no refund would be issued. When call was returned, was refused refund, and hung up on. Therefore, no service was provided, and money was kept. I purchased a silver listing from YP.com and it took them 7 weeks to get it online. It took numerous phone calls and e-mails to get it done. Instead of taking the time to get my add correct they tried to sell me more services when they returned my calls. Of course my add was completely wrong. I designed one with a picture they didn't display. Instead, it was an ugly blue box with my businesse's name. They had also mixed information from my old business with the new add. The result is an awkward add. Do not trust these guys to get your add up! read full review »

Snapper 42" ZTR Mower
jimbo54 January 24, 2010
I've been very disappointed with the lack of robust design on my 42" ZTR mower. Twice in a 3 year period the idler pulley for the deck drive has worn on it's pivot pin causing the belt to jump off the pulleys. I gave up on their design and put in an added support for it but shouldn't have to on a mower at his price point. I now have an issue where the right hand drive has no power and is causing a driving issue. Just shouldn't happen. It gets annual maintenance, is low hours and has an easy ride. I like the mower but seriously doubt if I'll ever buy another Snapper. read full review »
