It is unbelievable a company can debit your bank account when you have not ordered anything. When is somebody going to prosecute???

I ordered flowers from Pro-flowers last September 2008. Easy Save has been charging my charge card $14.95 each and every month from Sept. 2008 to May 2009. I read the other complaints and called the 800-444-9491 number and talked to "Linda". At first she was only going to reimburse the April & May charges and I ask her what I am suppose to do about the other charges. I explained that I did not know that I had signed up for this as many others did too. After a little disagreement, she finally advised she would authorize payment of all ten months with credit on my charge card within 7-10 working days. Be sure and get an authorization number if you call. Will never deal with these 2 again.
