I want to report the following people for internet fraud. I put my 22'rims on line for sale, this person or persons got back to me, letting me know they were interisted in buying my rims. Signed an agreement in 2005 to rent timeshare in Cancun, Mexico and never did anything. Last time I was able to contact anyone was December 2008. Sent letter to address given to me at that time on Sept. 17, 2009 asking for money back or update. Received letter back telling me company not at this address. Before I bought leads from this outfit, I entered my information on one of their sites to see the response time of their leads. It took 2 days for anyone to call me. We waited weeks to get our new Wheaten puppy. My kids were so excited. Right away he had horrible diarrhea. I hoped at first that it was just puppy diarrhea from leaving his home but it did not get better. The Vet confirmed that he had Coccidia and Giardia parasites. We started him on meds right away. Right after I signed up I checked my account and they also charged me $38.21 for some tax refund guide. We bought our place 5 years ago and our contract was sold to Countrywide. We tried getting refinancing through them but was denied because someone had removed the HUD tags on the back of manufactured home. When the appraiser came out he told us that if we get an affidavit of a fixture that it should be enough but per Countrywide it wasn't. I bought a puppy from Zoofari (Debcha Kennels) in Grove City Ohio. I had this puppy for only 36 hours and he was vomiting and shaking so badly. I took him to the Vet and he tested positive for Coccidia, giardia and campylobacter and had to be treated for a mixed bacterial/yeast ear infection. Our contract states we cannot transfer our contract for 48 months, but does not say we cannot terminate it. We tried to terminate, but are not allowed to, but instead are "obligated" to pay $99 a year, basically for life. I signed up for $1.95 and then I was told that their terms and conditions were cancellation within 7 days or monthly charges of $69.90 would be charged. I opened a fidelity account so I could liquidate the stock and use the fidelity checking account service as my main checking account.
