I suspect the company handled the scanning process and dropped my refused shipment
I wanted the basic $10 TV offer but after I got my credit card statement, it had been boosted to $69. I contacted the credit card dispute rep and we talked conference to the Gardener's Choice customer service representative. The Gardener's Choice customer service rep accepted the deal: (1) I refuse the shipment (2) I get the entire amount refunded Now the refused shipment has disappeared. I suspect the company handled the scanning process and dropped my refused shipment. It reached Michigan on 15 April and tracking shows no further information.

Order
They go by two . addresses the other one is gardenerschoice.net
I did not received all the items I ordered. Got charged for items who have not been shipped. I emailed 3 times and nobody respond to my complain. I also called their numbr and nobody ever picks up. 1-269-621-2481.

Online scam
Placed an order with Gardeners Choice, but noticed my shipping was twice what their front page advertised for what I ordered. Called to ask them to cancel the order if they couldn't remove the extra shipping charge and was told I could cancel tomorrow but the order was not showing yet today.
Called the next day 11am and was told the order was already processing and could not be canceled and that I should have called at 7am. Ha. Would not allow me to speak to a Supervisor or anyone higher.
I had to call my bank and pay $8 just to keep them from being able to charge me and hope that they don't try to charge it from a separate company name since it appears they work under several or rather I should say rip people off under several names.
I have of course filed a report with their BBB but from the look of it, I don't think anyone in Hartford is bothered that they have a company operating this way in their area.

No refund on order
I forwarded them a check for an order and heard nothing for 5 weeks then i received a letter saying i still owed money which i did not. I canceled the order and asked for a refund by e-mail x2 and by letter. This was in 3-08 and i still have had no reply.n a previous order i ordered tomato plants and was sent out dead roots. They operate a scam.

Shipping charges
Do not deal with this company! A lot of complaints about dead plants, un-shipped orders, etc. My complaint is that they are sending each item separately and charging my card an exorbitant shipping rate each time: piece meal shipping rip off. Each time they send me one part of my original order, the shipping charge is twice as much as the product they send! This is illegal, and they know it. Do not deal with this outfit.

I've ordered plants not seeds
I live at 2505 Rocksprings rd Kingsport tn. I saw your ad on TV I called and ordered tree tomatoes all I got were seeds. I was told I would get tomato plants not seeds. I was told I would have tomatoes by the fourth of July. Not with seeds. I want t know where my tomato plants are. Please make this customer happy and send me my plants. You can’t tell people that they are going to get tomato plants and then send them seeds. I was really anxious to get my plants not seeds. Thank you.

No communication available
I have tried to contact them by phone to no avail, even e-mails won't go through. They sure do have some protective armour, except for accepting orders. Their phones are always busy, click 2 for customer service, which is always busy, click 1 to place an order and there is no problem connecting to them. Try to place an e-mail to their site, I have tried many times to no avail, says its typed wrong, don't use capitals. Give me a break. Go on line to place an order, there is no problem for that. I'm beginning to think BBB should be aware of this company. I'm gonna let it go for 3 more days and then I will contact BBB.

Reporting fraud on gardener's choice!
I have called many times and emailed to get status on my order. They never responded to email and you cannot ever get to anyone to talk realtime. The customer service phone below, taken off their website is broke. You always get a recording to press 1 to place an order or 2 for customer service. No one ever answers and then you get disconnected.

Gardners' Choice should be put out of business!
GARDENERS' CHOICE: I have emailed them, called them and canceled my order. They will NOT respond. Gardners' choice should be put out of business!! The whole country should be made aware that they are NOT credible and no one should do business with them!
