I signed up at a local Anytime Fitness in Denver Colorado on May 6, 2008 and was only able to work out for 2 weeks. On May 29, 2008 the owner (Glenn Alvarez) packed up and left town. They even waited to cash my check until the day after they left and now I am out of luck! Began refinance with NASB and they initially requested my charge card for an application fee. They then charged me for an appraisal unbeknownst to me and without authorization or disclosure. I ordered a solo seat for my crotch rocket three months ago and still have not received it. I have called and waited 16 minutes and still didn't get to talk to a customer service employee. Called customer service 5 times... they claimed the card used was declined - but when I called Visa, no attempt was ever made to bill the card. My husband and I purchased two couches from Levin just before Christmas of 2008. When we received the couches, we noticed very quickly that we were sinking into them an unusual amount. They were not the same quality as the showroom couches. Services and Installation of water faucets and hookup of an ice maker. The service person was late (3 hours) and gave me an estimate on what the cost would be to install 2 faucets and 1 ice maker hookup. It took him 7.5 hours to do. His intent was to inflate the costs so make money. There fees are over 100 dollars per hour. This is outrageous. I was a very dissatisfied customer and will never in my life call on them again. I contacted Alliance Home Warranty on Tuesday, June 27 to arrange for service of a stovetop that was not working properly. A repair person contacted me and arrived the following morning. Stay as far away from Omni as you can, after four long years and $20, 000.00 I was no better after letting Omni handle the IRS as i was when they started. This company is awful. They are money hungry disgusting human beings that should not be in business. Due to a family tragedy I could not submit my cancellation letter to them within 3 days and I spoke to every employee, manager and janitor in that place and they "could not help me".
