I have been ripped off by Groupon . They sold me a days sailing on a huge white motorboat (they pictured the type seen in the south of France), when in fact Liverpool Watersports Centre do not own anything that remotely resembles this vessel. I submitted a claim for $636.50 to VPI Pet Insurance along with their required forms for work performed on my dog for a liver problem. Forty Five days letter I received a form denial letter stating that they received my claim form but not the required supporting documents. They could not have received one without the other. I have been sent to a collection agency to collect what i owe American express my account has been closed yet American express continues to hit me with high interest late fees and over limit fees. The amount sent for the collection agency keeps changing and no one from American express will talk to me about stopping these charges. Never late on any of my credit cards, all of a sudden I am, according to FirstUSA credit card, late on 2 payments. So the penalty is $35.00 for each late payment, plus a hike to 22.99% interest. I have a 5, 000.00 credit limit and the minimum payment I have to make is $100.00. Most of the time I double it, but now am paying minimum until I get this thing resolved. I had used this company a couple of times with no problems. The third time I had used them, the movers broke a leg on a table while taking the table out to the moving van . I discovered this when they unloaded the furniture. The movers apparently thought I would not notice the broken leg as they did not inform me of this. I applied for the Uverse services from AT&T. I have had cell phone service with them since they first took over Cingular. I have over $200 in cell and data services for my two sons and myself. Sri Kalki Supreme is a construction company in Hyderabad. Their project in Madeenaguda called Kalki Heights is the worst project I have ever seen in my life. It was a late Thursday night and was just on the way home with my friend we ordered a pizza and i said i would pay extra as it was so late and it was close to closing. They agreed and said it would be 20 minutes to an hour. I gave them the correct telephone number and waited it never arrived.
