Hi, I visted carls jr on april 5 around 10 pm here in commerce, Ca in telegraph street next to the 5 fwy n I was really hungry after a really busy day and I order the santa fe combo and I ask for pjack cheese instead of the american cheese n when I got to see I notice there was american cheese! When I perfectly said PJACK CHEESE! And I got really mad then I went to the drive thru window n gave me a new one n the chicken and bread were really cold!! I placed 2 orders the same business day back in May of this year, called the company which they say they have no record of and actually told me my merchandise would be then fed-ex to me so to make sure I received it. Still to this day have not received it and they are telling me they are not going to do anything about it. I purchased an expensive patio set that was manufactured with a flaw and failed prematurely. The store told me I should take the furniture into the house when it rains and when it gets cold. The tubular frame filled with water from rain, froze and burst. The customer service was non-responsive and finally called with the above inane response. Purchased a Motorola W376g phone, which has a camera. After taking several pictures, I found I could not download these pictures. Went to Wal-Mart where I purchased the phone and was told they did not carry the USB cord I needed. Went to Best Buy and spent $29. to purchase USB cord and software. Downloaded softeware and found that it does not support this phone. Called Trac Phone, (got India) they could not tell me what to do, Have called them 6 times and spoke to supervisor, basic answer (that I could understand) was that they do not support this phone and have no idea of how I am to get the pictures off the phone. DO NOT USE!! I hired for a driveway and was promised binder and top coat. 1st they took deposit right away and promised to start right away. They ripped out my old driveway and left it. They kept telling me they would be here tomorrow and never would show up, this happened for over a month. I had no driveway over this whole time! I bought some brushes 4 my husband, when we got them my husband discovered the brushes were "factory rejects" or "seconds". This site sold them as new and at full price. I sent them back and have still not received a refund. This company has no phone, only email, and I get no responses. Purchased this policy to avoid costly bills since I have another dog with health issues. I have submitted a couple of claims to 24PetWatch and they find every loop hole in the system in order to avoid paying your claims. They are a "scam" company. We have always preferred Churches Chicken over other fast food chicken vendors, but the only Churches Chicken franchise in Las Cruces, NM is awful. We stopped by on Wednesday, July 25th right after 05:00 p.m. and ordered to go. We should have looked at the chicken before we drove off. It clearly had been sitting under the heat lamp all day. The chicken was so tough, it was similar to eating jerky. The bread was more like a cracker. Car was taken to 196 Hillside service, inc for a replacement battery. Battery was installed, but battery light came on . Was told that the alternator was not working, that I need to change the alternator. I took it to another shop, and was told that the alternator was damaged internally. I bought a power washer from Canadian tire last year, used it once last year, stored it in a heated shop and went to use it this year and the wand had a bad leak. I thought I could fix it and took the wand apart to fix, there was as far as I could see no reason for it to leak, except it was from tire. I am fed up with the service att wireless has offered. Their commercials are bogus and their customer service stinks. Their contract is even worse. I have between 10-15 dropped calls daily. Also, there are many times on a daily basis that I have to walk around the house or hang out the window or even worse, stand out in the cold on the front step to make or receive a phone call. First Convenience Bank is a joke! I went in to deposit a check and they came back to tell me they would have to hold it for 7 business days. Could not pay bills or withdrawal on it. I recently had a Sony television break down and because the company I bought it from, Tweeter, is no longer in business, my warranty was unfortunately being held by The Warranty Group. I switched from my local cable company to Direct T.V. just to be faced with nothing but headaches and problems. The tech that Direct T.V. sent to install the service was a sub-contractor. Not only did he leave wires hanging in my basement but he cut my internet line to use it so he would not have to run a line. So I'm left with no internet and a bunch of wires hanging from my basement ceiling. I called Direct T.V. for 2 days about this, and all I got was broken promises for them to call back and send a tech back to fix the problems. Here it is day 3 and noone has acknowledged the mistake .
