 This will be the third time I send my E-Machine computer back for repair because it keeps shutting down
								
				 Why can't they repair or replace it to make us customers happy? I filed the latest complaint and was told that a box will be sent to me right away.
 Well, it is almost a week later and I still have not received the box. I would like to know what is going on with the service department.
 
 I want my computer to work. Otherwise, if they cannot repair it, at least replace it or give me a refund.

 I have now dealt with this company for three months and still do not have a fixed computer
								
				 I bought a model T6216 e-machine computer from Best Buy in March of 2006.
 In September 2006, I turned on the computer and received an error message.
 
 I called e-machine service and spent about an hour on the phone with a tech that did not know anything about computers.
 
 I finally told her that I believed the hard drive had gone bad. She told me they would send me a new hard drive. I received the new hard drive about 3 to 4 days later and it was not the correct one for my computer.
 
 I called again and spent another 30 minutes on the phone with a tech. She told me that they did not know what hard drive to send me, so they sent me a box to send in my computer to them to repair.
 
 I sent in the computer and the two hard drives (one bad and the other wrong).
 
 I then received my computer back a week later. When I hooked up the computer, I was getting a different error message.
 
 I called E-Machine again.
 
 The tech figured out that they sent me back my computer with no hard drive in it!
 
 I once again sent my computer back and received it back with no hard drive in it!!!
 
 I now have a computer with no hard drive.
 
 I called again and they wanted me to send it back, which I told them I would not do.
 
 I talked to a manager and he told me he would send out a new correct hard drive to be received on Monday. It is now Tuesday and still no sign of a hard drive.
 
 I called again. They said they still have not shipped the hard drive and cannot tell me when it will be shipped.
 
 I have now dealt with this company for three months and still do not have a fixed computer.
 
 I am just warning all consumers that e-machine support is horrible.
