I have been receiving messages from mobily about 200 percent bonus minutes on recharge of 20 SR or more . Last message was received just one hour before. I have recharged three times with 30 SR each(total 90 SR) during last 4 days but without even a single free bonus minute. My mobile number is 0548559205.

LOAD DEDUCTION OF SR 5 RIYAL EVERY WEEK OR AFTER LOADING IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCT THAT AMOUNT.

always having a deduction that i never used

deduction of 5 sr every week

Every time when i will recharge my account, after sometime from that 5 or 6 sr will be gone.I went and complained to the customer care but it was no use.I request you to deactivate it.

I receive every Friday from tow months a massage from 6365 link address http:/./193.126.233.67/iac/m?sti=904&sub=237838669 & i loose 5.0 SR. i don't understand what is this. Several time i visit at Mobily customer care outlets but they were unable to deactivate this massage please deactivate this massage.
