For the last one year I find the 115.2 kbps speed of walky is truly a false. Probably inbuilt feature. Most of the time the speed lowers to several bytes only (much below 1 kbps/s). Its hard to work with such internet. Upon repeated complains there is no solution to this problem. To download important files I pay to local cafe. I recently purchased a full sized box spring and mattress from this company, located in Gainesville, FL. Although their customer service skills were satisfactory, and they delivered when they promised to, the mattress itself SUCKED! I purchased my Dell XPS 200 Desktop about 6 months ago. Recently, I went on vacation for two weeks. The computer was not used at all during that time. When I returned, it would not boot up and gave me an error message that a Windows file was corrupt. I purchased a Zenith combination DVD/VHS Recorder Model XBR413 on 7/1/04. I also paid $99.99 for a four year extended warranty. The unit failed and was returned for repair under the extended warranty on 12/12/06 and again on 1/16/07. (The first time the recorder was returned to me without actually being repaired. I paid $1000 for a Serta Perfect Sleeper Whittingham and notice the very first night, we both sank and found ourselves in a canyon in the middle. We had to grab the sides and pull ourselves out !. I owned a credit card with HDFC in 2005 and i have surrendered the card in the same year. After one year my saving account was put on hold by HDFC credit card department saying i had to pay Rs.5000/- to continue have access to my savings account. I purchased 33 replacement windows in March 2004 for my 30 year old house. At the time my salesman Scott Doyle, assured me that 'Sears stands behind their products,' and that the reason I paid $18,808 for these windows was because they came with a 20 year 'anything' warranty. Parts, labor, installation, anything, and a lifetime parts warranty. Doctor tried to fix a tooth that was not fixable which had nerve damage and told him to pull the tooth...he convinced me to do a root canal, and crown. He then had to extract the tooth and still charged me for a full root canal $775 plus around $300 for the extraction. I told several people the story and my sister said he did that to her too!
