I purchased Live Onecare a few months ago. Now I upgraded to Vista 64. Onecare doesn't work with vista 64. Why would a company that made both programs hang there paying customers out to dry? I also had a horrible experience! I was suckered into this by being told I was entered into a draw and that I won a vacation package. I unfortunately signed up, but was lucky enough to realize my mistake in time and asked for a refund 1 hour after signing up. I got the run around for over a week, first being told that my package would be canceled promptly, and later being told that there were absolutely NO REFUNDS. He photographs car shows from Minnesota to Indy to Florida, doing on site pictures. We discovered he betrayed his wife through porn and lies, and abandoned her after only two months of marriage. 1 and half year back I have purchased one dvd hi-fi system of phlips, and within 5 month it got some technical problem, I contacted with service center and they had replaced my dvd. But after 9 month that replaced dvd started showing technical problem (track struck, system hang etc) when contacted the service center on 13/01/07 they told me to submit the dvd. Buy a bundle of DIGITAL CABLE TV/INTERNET from rogers and get a bundle of problems from them in terms of billing. Monies are billed under one bill but customer service has to be done under different departments. Kyocera, through Verizon, sold me a phone with a defect that I did not discover until after I had been using the phone for a year. The defect prevents the phone from recharging except when on a special cradle. I called Kyocera to get help, and they said it was Verizon’s problem. Verizon would not provide any help. This is a problem these assholes should be able to fix easily, but they refuse. I will never do business with these sons of a bitch again. Without any notification they put that amount on his debit card which overdrew. It was approx 9 days later we were notified by mail the check bounced. Went to new Long John Silver's Restaurant and bought take out meal. Girl taking order was nice, got to window to receive meal and they make us wait, (very few people there). The meal was sitting on counter for several minutes. When we got home, just a five minute ride, opened the box and fries were cold. They were thrown in the bottom with the fish on top. Fish was not cooked and when upon opening slaw container it appeared that someone had already eaten some of it.
