Dell Ink Cartridges!

I don't mind Dell's insistence that one buy only their ink and only by delivery, but I've had several faulty cartridges, and if the faulty one is the last one in the house, one has to wait two days to get a new one. And, when I called to try to get tech help the technician took me through all the steps on their webpage that I had already tried multiple times. Only he took far longer as he studied and explained in a language that was probably not his first. I did get a free cartridge, but only after an hour and a half on the phone. Clearly not worth it. I bought a make-up kit from" Cosmetique", received the make-up kit, a short time later I started getting bounced check notices from my bank, stating that $49.95, $19.95, $9.95,plus $30.00 for each overage. a grand total of $169.85 was taken out. Poor quality logs, waited 5 months to come and see. Then sent pitiful amount of logs as replacements.
I maintain full photo log.
They claim shipping damage, (true in case of replacements) then house did not go up in 60 day period (but they waited 8 weeks to process new logs and then only sent a few). read full review »

Avoid Front Range Billiards at all costs! They were contracted to take delivery of my new pool table that was shipped to them from the manufacturer. and to deliver it and set it up in my basement rec room. After calling me to let me know the table was in I returned their call and set up a delivery time. They ended up having to cancel and asked me to call to reschedule. I have a Honda rancher 350 es, choke cable has not worked for 3 years have to reach under seat to prime carb, i was told by the dealer that cable was a bad design, unit has very low hours, cable must have gotten water in around boot, i was told new replacement was a much better design unit is not used but once in while,but it sure would be nice to have a choke cable that worked, seeing as how it went bad through no fault of my own, dealer never told me not to get unit wet, unit is an 02 model but is used very little for problems like this. read full review »

Airtel has setup a 'do not call' registry at www.airtel.in/dont.htm and the best part is I continue to receive unsolicited calls and SMSs from Airtel business partners even though I have registered at their site over a month ago. After contacting their customer care [email protected], ceo complaint desk and the nodal officer [email protected], [email protected], I'm yet receive a relevant reply.

I received just this morning another shipment of pills from this company after telling them to stop and also telling them the pills made me violently sick! The first shipment came after ordering a sample from them, then having my bank account number, they were able to withdraw 149.95 from it! What's in the pills anyway? This is an mental harassment. I spend Rs. 16000/- to purchase Nokia 6270 cell phone. After 3 months cell phone stop working so i submit that cell phone to Lower parel nokia care. These people give me ridiculous excuses and spoil my 40 days. After 40 days they give me another cell phone which was 6270 only saying that the previous cell phone was faulty so we are providing you replacement.

After repeatedly bringing it to notice of the people at chairmans office, my genuine problem is not solved and ultimately i had to decide shifting to some other service provider. The other day I needed to talk to TurboTax support for help taking advantage of a online discount through bank of America. At the start of the call they ask for your name and email address. That took 12 minutes. They could not listen to the letters I was saying, and say it back to me. My email address is short, 8 characters. I would say each character, say the "as in xxx" after each one, have them repeat it back to me. It took 12 minutes before I gave up and just said, yes, my name is Trabis Oahe. However when I was ordering via telephone - no live person to speak to - I changed my mind because the coffee for the machine was too expensive - so I stated to cancel the entire order. Walmart Collections Agency company keeps calling my job regarding the $$ i owe them if i had it i would have paid them. I am in the middle of a bankruptcy. And my husband is out work. You buy a bed, you have no payments no interest for 1 year, but if you don't read the fine print and don't pay it off in full by your promotional due date - by the way they send you a bill after your due date has passed, you have to pay all of the interest you have incurred for an entire year!
Of course they send the bill after so people have to pay - this is how they make money - scam, scam, scam. Please don't buy from select comfort & ge money - they will steal your money.

I ordered a bunch of roses, cake and card for my husband for Valentine's day. It was to be delivered at our house on 14th midnight. More than double of the normal amount was charged for this special midnight delivery service.
I am still waiting for my order. Since they got the money I've not heard from them and nothing has been delivered. I sent a complaint through email which was not answered.

I bought a Black Widow Scooter from the above company as a Christmas present for my son. The scooter basically fell apart on Christmas Day. Among other things, the seat broke off when my son was riding it, and he fell and was injured. Received voicemail from very rude man at Academy Collection Services. Tried to return their call and couldnt get an answer so I called their direct line not their 800 number. Talked to a woman that wanted to know the collection guys name (he didnt leave it). I asked for a collection manager several times. Was finally connected to a man that answered 'May I help you?' I insisted on his name, and got "Chuck Ferguson" from him before he asked me to hold and hung up on me.

I bought a Maytag FAV6800AWW Top Loading Washer from Sears in Aug 2004 for $1050.. In about 6 months the washer was off balanced due to a bra wire. Since it was under warranty the repairmen fixed it with a service charge.
In Jan 2007, one day, there was scratching noise and so we called the repairmen for $40.00. His estimate to fix this damn machine was a whopping $495 + tax. Decided not to fix this junk and bought a Whirlpool WTW5810SW Top Loading Washer for $479 from Costco.

On 01/05/07 I ordered a 42 inch Hisense LCD HDTV from Tiger-Direct. This TV arrived via UPS on 01/11/07. The problem starts here. The TV had no display, just audio. After several calls to Hisense USA I was directed to contact Tiger Direct for return instructions. I then contacted Tiger Direct and was told that their advertised 30 day return policy was overridden by the manufacturer's warranty. We purchased 2005 Chrysler town and country, heard intermittent rubbing sounds when backing up since new. I went to Chrysler dealer ( THREE RIVERS CHRYSLER PITTSBURGH, PA.) to have rubbing noise checked as it was getting more frequent van has (13,113 miles).
I was told I needed front rotors turned and new brake shoes and I would have to pay for the service. I contacted Chrysler help line and was told the same thing they do not correct problems after 2 years or 12,000 miles.

I frequently buy my clothes from Shrinkage stores, however the last few things I have bought have been shrinking, and now I cannot wear them. It is discouraging me from continue to shop there. Two years ago I purchased a Braun carrier top because my twelve year old one didnt work anymore. That one wasn't a Braun it was made by a local company who has now been forced out of this business because BRAUN is such a LARGE CORPORATION. Today I had to spend $156 on it because they said the snow and ice had seeped inside the carrier top and frozen the parts inside. I bought a dishwasher at the Market Mall HBC on Jan.6th 2007. Delivery was to be Jan, 13th. I was called and that date was changed to Jan. 19th. Then the date was changed again to Jan.30th. This was confirmed by a phone call from them so I waited for the 4 hour delivery window and called only to find that the dishwasher was still in the warehouse. I then went online to see the store hours because now, I will to cancel this order and obtain a refund. The web site said that the store closes at 9:30 PM so I went only to find that the store had in fact closed at 9.

I went to Prince George's Plaza last Sunday to get new disposable contact lenses. I was going to another place in the mall but they seemed to be gone due to renovation, so I just walked-in Lens Crafters instead.

I am complaining about the “new” BP Card that I was coerced / mislead into getting which replaced the traditional gas card. The new card is a Credit Card full of fees.
After 1 late pmt (over Xmas) when mail was late, they reported us to the credit bureaus.
This is scummy business practices and we are considering cancelling after patronizing BP for more than 20 years. read full review »
