Today, once again I went to the Dunkin Donuts located on Randall Rd. in Geneva Illinois and the doors were locked. This is just to bring to notice the difficulty I had to undergo when I tried to close my credit card. 1. As soon as I would tell that I want to cancel the card some verification would be done and then the call would be terminated. 2. I contracted with Mayflower to move my household goods from VT to TN. Their professional estimator inspected my cargo and quoted $1475. This is a con operation. On 6th Oct 2006, they came to repair my treadmill, collected $185 and told me that they will come by to replace the part for which they collected the money. That was the last I heard from them. Phone calls are not returned. My family has been a member of this organization since 1983 and never had a problem up until this last summer. We have always enjoyed our time here but, this last summer there was an altercation that rescinded our membership and i feel that we were victimized by not only acting "security" but also by management. We purchased the washing machine/dryer set in Dec. 2000 and have had nothing but problems with the washer. The pump was replaced twice during the first two years of owning it and then it broke a THIRD time and I threw a fit and demanded they replace my machine which they did. I ordered a storm door. I said, per their instructions, standing inside looking out my current storm door has hinges on the right. They sent me a door which had hinges on the left. In October 2006 we were pressured into purchasing a timeshare with El Cid Resort in Mazatlan with a verbal promise that they would sell the Timeshare that we already owned with Mayan Palace. First of all, the mattress will arrive in 3 parts that you have to put together in a cover. Nowhere on the website is this mentioned. We were very shocked when it arrived this way.
