Don't get sucked into the FORD e-payment system. They send you one e-mail and no further reminders so if you trash that e-mail or it goes to your junk mailbox, you will end up with a late payment and they won't do anything about it. Most companies notify you in the sign up screen with the option of receiving both notices (mail and e-mail). Ford doesn't. Their legal gibberish tells you they will only send you one notice. Godrej Customer Service Sucks!! I have been a very loyal and old customer of Godrej, however to my utter dismay Godrej service is very very poor. I went to the ALTA Nissan dealer at Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada to buy a car by trading in my old car. The sales agent called William Wou, used the Nissan website calculator to explain the monthly payment to me and then asked me to sign the contract and pay deposit. After I went home, I found out that calculator on the Nissan web site deducted the tax for the downpayment. It shouldn't be used for calculating the trade-in value of my old car because the trade-in value should be tax-free. This sales agent cheated me. This is to bring to notice that I have been billed for full monthly charges for the billing period 23/05/07 to 22/06/07 vide invoice number 439591265. However, out of these 31 days, our internet was not working for 16 days, which computes to 51.61% of service delivery. Apart from this, the IVR for airtel is the most useless IVR I have ever seen. Do not use Omaxe packers & movers, they claim that they are ISO certified company. But actually they are fraud company, they can even run away with your goods. On June 28,2007 I purchased a 3/4 black helmet from the owner of this establishment. I took it home and was preparing to go on the motorcycle when my boyfriend noticed spider cracks in the left side where the rivot for the chin strap was attached. On Monday the 2nd of July I called Jeneen at Renegade and was told there were no refunds only exchanges ( which is in the helmet warranty as well ) I take the helmet back and she swears that I bought the helmet weeks before and she would not exchange. I acquired a Futureshop credit card last June. When i received the credit card, it came with an OFFER for OPTIONAL Futureguard services: insurance for credit card balance. The letter came with a portion to be cut out and sent as a reply to confirm my enrollment into this Futureguard insurance policy. I have a very bitter experience with the service of TATA SUMO victa they have a very poor after sale services at Port Blair authorized service station and no back up of spares with dealer, though my vehicles in still in the guarantee period they have charged for the tighting of u bolt of the vehicle and they don't have any skilled mechanics and they never failed to rectify the fault. It is my humble request that this matter should be dealt seriously and a service engineer should be permanently posted to this islands as there is plenty of TATA vehicles available. I read several complaints regarding a company going by CJW Holdings based in Utah, which has been charging credit cards for $84.97. This is the same amount I was charged on my June statement, from ALD Enterprises, also based in Utah. A mere half hour browsing the net would reveal how crooks, hackers can get around "PIN" and steal card from the Banks' ATMs using simple exernal gadgets such as PIN PADS, capture devices, hidden video cameras from top(camouflaged into brochure shelf) etc. Though banks cry hoarse to keep your PIN secret, but once crooks decide they have your PIN.
