I am very upset with the way i was treated by the store manager i don't quite know his name but i think it was jamar or jamal but he was very rude and disrespectful to me on behalf of the situation that occurred about my account. I called to make arrangements to return the merchandise because i couldn't afford it at this point and time and he informed me about the past arrangements i made with the regional manager mario that it was not kept and before i could say something he informed me of what was going to happen if i didn't return the merchandise he didn't even give me a chance to make arrangements he said he need it today before he goes to court. I told him that i have to make some calls he was constantly rushing me and didn't give me a chance so i hung up on him and called him back to tell him where to get the merchandise and he told me they were on the way i also advised him that i was not there and he said ok so then the drivers arrived and they called him and said that their was nobody their i called my mother she said they was not there and then he started to constantly blow up my phone by the way he was calling from his personal phone not the store phone being very rude and disrespectful which is not business like, i hung up again and he called back and said ma'm what you need to do is get me my merchandise or and before he could finish i said if you let me tell you what going on you can get your merchandise and then he got loud and i said well do what the f**k you want to do and hung up the phone.
