I am a new tata indicom broadband customer, i had taken his service some 20 days back. After using internet for 10 days, my internet stopped working. I called the customer care for some 15 times till date, but my complaint is not yet resolved. Its already 10 days that i had registered the complaint. When i try to call the customer care service, they assure me that the complaint will be resolved ASAP, but all in vain. I have booked the above consignment on 4th july from Jeypore Head Post Office by speed post to N.I.T. Warangal in my sons name Rahul Jand. The packet contains all his original academics certificates in ORIGINAL, since his campus starts today. He is not being allowed to sit for campus without the Original certificates. I would definitely agree with Varsha Bhide on the attitude of Jyoti Enterprises who are the franchisees for REliance. I had brought a Classic Phone from them after transferring my old number. The very next day the charger was not working... The Jyoti Enterprises Sales Staff, were very rude and uncooperative. They said that it was not their problem. I asked for a replacement... they did not give... I asked them for a transfer back to my old handset... the reply was systems were down. My only issue/ complaint w/ CCoA is in the accounting dept and the rapidity/ incr freq of billing. I no sooner get a bill and there is another in my mailbox for the same book and before I get a chance to pay that bill another book is at my door. They come so fast and furious that I cannot keep up w/ which ones have been paid for and which ones have not. Right now, if I were to stop and count, I would probably have 3 - 5 bills for the same book sitting there all received within about a week's time. I ordered a patio door from Lowe's at Woorbridge, VA. Paid $835.00 for the door and Lowe's installation. I contracted to have a $20,000 privacy fence and electric iron gate installed September 30,2006. It took Long Fence four months to complete the job. The result was very poor. My closed picket sections have the pickets butt up against the main post on one side of many sections and a large gap of 2-3 inches on the other. I bought an entire living room set and a king size mattress from them about a year and a half ago. Everything has been great, haven't had too many problems until recently.
