We recently installed Mannington's Carmel (their newest product) porcelain tiles in our kitchen and only after installation we noticed the tiles are warped in the middle. Every tile has a small arch which is clearly noticeable. When we walk we can feel that the surface is not even with ups and downs. This company refuses refund even though they provided me with information regarding the individual that used my credit card falsely online. They do not use name and address verification for credit card authorization, just address verification. This is their loop hole. Pacific WebWorks is very difficult to deal with, when trying to get a refund for services they did not provide and charges that were not authorized. My daughter flew on KLM from Newark to Tanzania (with a change of aircraft in Amsterdam) departing on Tuesday June 26, arriving on June 27 -- and her luggage never arrived. That happens all the time unfortunately. What shouldn't happen is to call the airline, be put on hold for an hour, then have the call cut off when a polite-sounding voice says that all of their agents are busy, "please call another time, good bye." Citco Food Store, 7206 Broadway, Pearland Texas. Gas is 271 a gallon abut if you go into the store and purchase a gas card the gas is at $2.65. Thinking this is a good deal I bought a card and swiped it at the pump. Without lifting the handle to start pumping my gas the meter jumped to $0.06 and the gas amount went to 0.022 gallons. I went inside and complained to the attendant and he said as soon as you swipe the card the motor on the pump starts. The manager number is 832-640-2276. I have had in the last two years a mortgage loan with GreenPoint Mortgage (http://www.greenpointservice.com) - loan # 0030079685. This past November, I purchased a carpet from the Carpet Land store in Falls Church. An employee scratched the paint of the roof of my Jeep by sliding the carpet without any protection. A significant amount of paint was scratched off, all the way to the front of the roof. Just bought American Choice Angus Beef Patties from Sam's Club. The outside of the box has 1/3 pound Angus Beef Patties in large print and small print indicates more fillers than a cafeteria meatloaf. As a consumer, I think it should not be allowed to say Angus Beef unless it is 100% and when it isn't, it must say clearly under the Angus Beef, what percentage. Checked my bank account on line this morning and found that Alite Plus had withdrawn the sum of $159.95 without my knowing. I did no authorize this transaction and it has put me in financial stress as I am a Senior on Social Security with a very limited budget to live on. In fact because of Alite's doing this, I will have several checks for bills that will bounce including my rent check. On 5/31/07 I had water damage to my house that caused my family and I to stay at Best Western Atrium Gardens Hotel in Elizabethtown, KY from 6/10-6/27/07. They were supposed to bill my Insurance Company, State Farm. Instead, they charged my bank account $1,232 on 6/25/07, and $249 on 6/27. I am not able to locate the Service Facility at Hyderbad. The the firm M/s Krushi, which first installed M/O was contacted on (040) 27718884 said that they have registered the with Complaint No as 1012 on21/06/07. I visited the Gaidos seafood restaurant at Galveston on the memorial day weekend in May 2007. I ordered for some pecan crusted catfish. After eating that for lunch by evening time I started passing loose motions and by night fall I was throwing up and passing motions. It was so bad that I was getting completely dehydrated. I then in the middle of the night, went to the emergency room of a local hospital and was give IV & medication. Was finally released in the morning after stabilizing. I have a customer of this bank here in texas for almost 7 years. Back in january of this year i started to buy phone cards over the internet, i had no problem what so ever until i went on vacation out of the country in april, when i got back the bank started to charge currency exchange fees, it took 2 months to find out from the bank as to why it was charging me this fees.
