Giant Carpet Care in Boca Raton, FL. We received a quote from Giant Carpet Care to clean our carpets for $65. They came out to clean our carpets and charged us $139. They also did a horrible job. When I called to complain, the representative was very and ultimately hung up on me. His closing words: "Your god and my god are not the same." Not only has this process presented difficulties in submitting questions, I have been forced to read a glut of useless information.
