I was informed that there would only be a withdrawal if I didn't cancel the membership for the benefit package within 5 business days. I was told I would only receive a withdrawal of $1 processing fee for the Mastercard that I was informed was from Bank of America. American Progressive was to cancel my father's policy, which they say they did, and place him back on the Medicare policy that he had. This took 6 weeks and we were informed then that it would take Medicare another 45 days to process. It has been 106 days since cancellation of policy and nothing has been corrected yet. I'm a long time residential customer with Bellsouth/ATT 40 years. There's a charge on my bill for inside repairs $85.00. I did a self check on all equipment inside the home before calling for service. The technician came to my address and check the outside lines on the telegram pole. I left prior to them arriving to go to work and no one was there to greet them. Wen I returned home I found a note stating they needed to get inside to determine the problem but when I picked up the phone it was working. I have a six foot fence surrounding my property. My cooking gas connection is with Indane from past 8 years. From last one and half year it is with M/S K.K. Gas Agency, Bangalore. My consumer number is 61865. Everytime I book for refill it takes 10-15 days is providing the gas cylinder. On top of it the irony is agency says there has to be gap of 21 days from last delivery. I don't know who made this rule but if you add average 10 days of time taken for delivery it adds up to 21 + 10 + 10 = 41 days. Is thsi the fair rule.. Watson Motorsports CALLED ME!! to let me know that they reviewed my car loan application on-line and that I was pre-approved for a loan up to $15,000. For the past 2 weeks, I called quite frequently just to make sure that what I was hearing was correct: that 1) I was pre-approved, 2) I didn't need a co-signer, and 3) that they knew my credit situation (I lost my job after I had a baby and had some financial difficulties). We did not receive anything from them prior to the nasty letter demanding payment and a threat to turn it over to a collection agency. I have one of Hampton Bay's top dollar fans and I live in one of the up scale neighborhoods... My problem... I understand the fan works on a frequency and sometimes when I turn one fan on in the bedroom the one in the living room comes on or off depending on the setting of that fan, which I deal with by making sure the fan is turned off at the switch plate on the wall. My wife and I recently moved into a Condo in Maryland. We were shocked to receive our first energy bill of ~300 dollars for the first month. This was a surprise to us considering we are rarely home and do not use the A/C often. I suspected they were reading the wrong meter. I did a criminal check on someone I was going to hire. www.privateeye.com promises a lot, takes your money and gives you nothing. They show marvelous samples of the info you are going to receive. When the requested info comes up, there are "no details". I was charged $45.90 for "no records found" even though he man I was searching is on probabation and admitted it.
