My wife ordered the Kevin Trudeau weight loss book on 8/12. She was charged 14.95 for the book, 9.95 for shipping and 9.95 for express shipping. Here are the complaints: 1. The book cost 14.95 and the shipping cost more than the book. 2. The book was ordered on 8/12 and was delivered by UPS on 8/28. 16 days after the order. Is that express? 3. We want to return the book and cannot contact customer service. We want all our monies back. 4. When I purchased my vehicle financing through Wells Fargo Financial. Several months after the purchase I was injured and went on full time disability. Fortunately I did purchase disability insurance with the loan. Unfortunately, I stopped receiving monthly statements. On August 30, 2007, I hired Donald Grant of Environment Technology, 215 Rennie Drive, Katy Texas to cut down and clear trees around my property. I have two LG golden eye color televisions. Since the last day of guarantee is expired both of them are troubling me at their best. We purchased a kitchen aid stand mixer in the US and brought it to canada. Within the first two months we had problems with it. We contacted Kitchen aid and they advised us that there was no warranty as it was taken across the border. About 2 months ago I ordered a pizza, bread sticks, hot wings and a coke from dominoes. We waited almost an hour for it to be delivered and the hot wings were not in the delivery. The delivery person told me he would bring them to me when he left out on another delivery. Approximately 30 minutes later, my hot wings did arrive. This was the worse shopping/service experience ever!!! We choose this location because it was the closest to our house. The store is so small that can hardly accommodate 10 people. Signed up and paid on 19th September 2007 for 12voip 120/90 days free calls. Money taken and days counting down but no service as account keeps saying i have no credit, even though account says amount paid. I have emailed them 7 times i received one reply saying i had to buy credit before i could make calls. They must be able to see the information on the accounts. If this is not a scam i can only believe their service is so bad that they cant keep up with the complaints and have cut their one and only line of communication due to overload. Andros Kitchens NEVER AGAIN: After working closely with Andros Kitchens on the design of our Dream Kitchen I find that it has been designed to fit my budget not the size of the kitchen. I purchased a new Calypso washer and dryer. After about two years I replaced the circuit board in the dryer. Last week the circuit board went out in the washing machine. I purchased a 1979 corvette from a seller jrmhwinsor (70*) in Omaha Neb. on the 18th of Aug. It was listed as a every day driver in good condition. However the car could not be driven as the battery was bad, the carb was shot and the rear end bearings and bushings were all out. I have also found out the car has a 1969 vin number, a 1975 front end, a 1978 body, with a 1980 rear bumper, and the motor is out of a 1980 camro ss. Pretty much a parts car that cannot be driven. We applied for mortgage loan after having 6 years of good experience and trust with credit cards. Loan officer never calls back until there is any deadline and you leave voice mails and emails for 2-3 days and call their manager or customer service department.
