We entered into a rent-to-own agreement with them in May 2006. Since then, they have harassed us with inspections of the property every 3 months. Our contract states they can enter to inspect twice a year. Furthermore, we have started financing of the house to purchase, and now they are nit picking us to terminate the contract on fabricated statements. I also feel that I have been involved with a “bait and switch” tactic with the Dish Network. I signed up with the Dish through AllSat a direct reseller of the Dish network. I was clearly told that my monthly bill for the service I signed up for would be $54.99 with the HD package being free for the first 10 months. My current bill I is $74.99. The Dish network is willing to give me a $10.00 credit after many calls and asking to speak to a manager but it is still not what I was told. I purchased a 1979 corvette from a seller jrmhwinsor (70*) in Omaha Neb. on the 18th of Aug. It was listed as a every day driver in good condition. However the car could not be driven as the battery was bad, the carb was shot and the rear end bearings and bushings were all out. I have also found out the car has a 1969 vin number, a 1975 front end, a 1978 body, with a 1980 rear bumper, and the motor is out of a 1980 camro ss. Pretty much a parts car that cannot be driven. We applied for mortgage loan after having 6 years of good experience and trust with credit cards. Loan officer never calls back until there is any deadline and you leave voice mails and emails for 2-3 days and call their manager or customer service department. I have made it known to them every month I have two disable sons and I am at dr. or hospital alot. Dunlop has discontinued the Sport 5000! My first set lasted 46,000 miles, the second set lasted just over 25,000. Dunlop will not make an adjustment, as they say the tire is rated for only 25,000 miles. In 3 months and just 2500 miles the apparent "soft" tires lost 3/32 tread, making the tires "illegal" to drive. I closed escrow on the sale of my house on 08-01-07. GMAC Mortgage automatically applied a $16+ Thousand dollar pre-payment penalty to the pay-off amount on my mortgage. I just purchased a grilled chicken sandwich at Wendy's today. I noticed the sign said new sauce. Well the sauce was unnoticeable, but the fact that the skin was still on part of the piece of chicken after I had taken several bites was not. Now I am hoping that the chicken was cooked! The size of this sandwich was about half it's size originally, maybe they should say "mini" grilled sandwich. The general last date of the bill payment is 30 th September but till today i.e. on 28th September we have not received the property tax bills. When we try to complain through the governance site, it is not available at all. When we inquired over phone, standard answer bills have gone for distribution. We went to Dasaprakash Indian restaurant in Santa Clara, CA for dinner. WE were a group of 8 and had lots of fun that evening.
