I was in New Life Fitness on several occasions and have witnessed management or what they call management speak to nursery and front desk staff very unprofessionally. They do not handle themselves in a professional manner nor do they make appropriate management decisions. Hi, i would like to make a complaint against SBI ekta nagar branch bareilly (UP). There is an unknown transaction in my SBI saving A/C, that i never made. When i informed to bank about it they made lot of stories & tried to say that i made that transaction. Signed up and paid on 19th September 2007 for 12voip 120/90 days free calls. Money taken and days counting down but no service as account keeps saying i have no credit, even though account says amount paid. I have emailed them 7 times i received one reply saying i had to buy credit before i could make calls. They must be able to see the information on the accounts. If this is not a scam i can only believe their service is so bad that they cant keep up with the complaints and have cut their one and only line of communication due to overload. I am a little disgusted that since they came out with their newer model of gaming system (x-box 360). They decided to discontinue their games for the older x-box. If I would have known they were going to do this I would have bought a Playstation 2. I know this isn't a very high complaint, but running your older gaming system out as early as they did to drive sales on the 360 which went up 250.00 more than the original x-box shows how greedy Microsoft really is. Plus they have had numerous problems with the 360. The remote of the Kelvinator split AC that I purchased 6 months ago stopped working. The technician took the remote to the service center around one and a half month back. I called the service center 100 times during this time. 2 days ago the technician left the remote (without repairing) at my neighbor's place. The remote is still not working.
