I think i made the biggest mistake of my life by purchasing ONIDA TV. I bought a 29" Poison 400 in Dec 2006. Its less than a year and the customer service that i got is nothing but hell. with in first week, i had to get a replacement (not so easy) as there was some serious problem with the TV. I ordered 1/2 cord of wood from an ad in the newspaper. The seller stacked the delivery in a creative "pyramid" that didn't appear to be 1/2 cord. We complained and discussed it but he absolutely insisted the 1/2 cord was there and that we just couldn't tell because of how it was stacked - which he "had" to do since there was no rack. The noika care centre service is pathetic. I gave me noika handsent with a problem of switching on. My set was under warrenty.The executive at the centre told me that liquid has gone inside the phone and it will be fixed without any charge. I'm on my second Trutech DVD recorder and I'm very dissapointed. The first I took back because it quit reading discs in the first 90 days, so I was able to return it to Target. The second, that I'm watching a brand new unscratched movie on right now, skips and freezes on this and many other movies. Based on how these two DVD players have performed for me I will not buy Trutech brand ever again.
