I was never informed that Ashley Furniture Store had a NO RETURN/REFUND POLICY. The Sale Rep should inform the customers about the return/refund policy. When I orginally got a hair removal package at this company it was great. THEN the company changed ownership and became American Lasers. American Lasers did not provide costumers will high quality service or machines. The machine they currently use is a light laser that can be used for facial rejuvenation as well as hair removal. I rented a stackable washer and dryer from Azuma a little over six months ago because of a refural from my appartment manager. At first everything thing was ok the unit was not new by any means and it didnt work like it should but i really didnt expect much concidering the amount i was paying. I am having consumer no. 1457 wih M/s Sharma Gas Agency, Mangal Bazar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-59. BEWARE this come on deal for 0% balance transfers from HSBC and GM FlexCard. They do not send the first billing (read other complaints), they do not tell you that they transfered the funds, you don't even know that you have an account with them. This is how they scam you out of the 0% interest deal. Then they send a "second" bill with the interest raised to 9.99% and late charges. I ordered a movie November 16th, and have been fighting with this company ever since. I've tried doing live chat with them & they change their story every other line - they can't even tell the truth or don't know what the truth is. I will be trying to do a stop payment on the order.
