I ordered the book and found the program to be too expensive to do. Colonic treatments and organic food, what a rip off. I too tried to call customer service for a RM (return merchandise number). Finally you must call the 800 number on you credit card statement, then they give you the run around after being on hold for 50 minutes and tell me that someone will call you back. I finally called again and got my RM #, sent the package back requesting a signature of receipt. The company received the book on 11-18-07 and as of 12-12-07 I still am being told the refund is pending. What a rip!!!!!!!!! read full review »

The company just sent me a notice that I owe them over $130 for a phone bill (Bell Atlantic) in 1997. After reading all these complaints about this company, I am seriously thinking about filing a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission and my state attorney general. I recommend others to do this by going to "file a complaint" section under consumer protection of the FTC website (www. ftc.gov). If enough people do this, the FTC will look into opening an investigation. read full review »

Providian decided they wanted to start charging me "over the limit fees" when their finance charges take me over my credit limit. They did this 2 straight months before I closed my account and made a payment that would not allow them to do it again. Basically, I would be at $2,450 (Providian gave me a limit of $2,500), would buy gas ($40) to keep me under my credit limit by $10. I have had Subway food in India, Singapore, Shanghai, HK and in Australia. And always what I like is the same quality standards they maintain in all the places. But surprisingly very close to my work place, I have a Subway, who consistently dont deliver what is standard.......its always sub standard. I had ordered the entire seasons 1 thru 7 of Mad About You from DVD Donkey on November 11, 2007 and have not received them. I tried calling the 1 800 number and was able to talk a woman named Jen who gave me the tracking # my shipment had and was told to check with www.canadapost.ca to see where the shipment is since it was mailed out on 12/11/07. I , Dr Rakesh Ponnala, using BSNL broad band service from last month under the name of my father Sri. Ponnala Ramaiah, tel no. 0870 2573442,took monthly 500 plan which has 2.5 GB limit. After checking the usage on the server, I could note clearly that the uploads and downloads I used in the month of november was 1428253 kb, which is equal to 1.3 GB, that means I havent crossed my download limit. But the bill is showing Rs.983.
Kindly rectify my problem.

On November 23, 07 a day after Thanksgiving my car was impounded for abandonment. We were then being charged 160 for towing and 35 per day for storage fees. It turns out they wanted us to pay 350. This is a bit of a woozy see my car had Ohio state plates because I had just finished paying it off of my father and had just received the title. On the 7th of this month (December) I began to do my online shopping with my card... prior to receiving my card I was never told that I would have to pay and additional $40.00 for their gas as well as another $7.00 for ups delivery and signature.
Please note that I understand that gas price's have gone up and yes they should get something but $40.00 plus $7.00 is a bit much for someone like myself on a fixed income. I wanted very much to build up my credit not go farther in debt trying to.

Okay. I learned all this the hard way.
What actually happens here is that once you have used Intelius, they send you an e-mail which usually goes straight into everyone's spam folder, since it reads as spam. The e-mail itself is an opt-out for the 14.95 monthly recurring fee for 24 Protect Plus or AP9*PMIDENTITY.COM-V (the charge which showed up on my statement) or any number of the umbrella sites they use to 'protect' you from identity theft. I was never informed that Ashley Furniture Store had a NO RETURN/REFUND POLICY. The Sale Rep should inform the customers about the return/refund policy. I can remember asking about the merchandise and the return policy. I was informed by my sales rep that if I have a problem to just contact him and he will see that the problem will be corrected. When I orginally got a hair removal package at this company it was great.
THEN the company changed ownership and became American Lasers. American Lasers did not provide costumers will high quality service or machines.
The machine they currently use is a light laser that can be used for facial rejuvenation as well as hair removal. Sounds great...but really isn't. I rented a stackable washer and dryer from Azuma a little over six months ago because of a refural from my appartment manager. At first everything thing was ok the unit was not new by any means and it didnt work like it should but i really didnt expect much concidering the amount i was paying. 1>the byke was not running more than 100km/hour
2>the milage of the byke was below than 40km/liter
