I'm Airtel Prapaid Customer from May'06. Accidently one service get activated on my phone in first week of Dec'07, which is provided by Airtel. My husband and I were the victims of credit card fraud and Dermacia was one of the fraudulent charges on our account. When we tried to cancel and reverse the fraudulent charges, a Dermacia rep told us we would have to return the product. The product arrived and we returned it to sender a few days later. This was in October. In December, Dermacia sent us a bill via a collection agency saying we never paid up. Sent $2500 via bank deposit and seller never sent item. We did this transaction outside of ebay, so they cannot protect me. I trusted the seller based on his feedback, however, i believe he used 2 of his friends to assist him. He is in the marine corps. Dear Sir, We had Purchase and Hp Laser Jet 3055 Printer on 26-04-2006. On 24-11-2007 there was an problem in the printer that the paper was not feeding in to the system. We had an AMC with the dealers they took it back for the service to HP service centre. I had purchased a Sony Ericsson W 950i in April 2007. The phone worked fine for sometime initially, but then the headphones stopped working. thereafter the phone stopped synchronising and making a back up with the computer. The software provided for loading the songs in the walkman phone never worked in the first place. Now, the phone has stopped displaying names from the phonebook whenever anyone calls. Dear sir , My LPG distributer is Ananth Gas Agencies, Near H.A.L.Hospital, Bangalore - 560017, my cust. No 78331 and category is domestic double. My distributer does not book refill requisition till 3 weeks after the supply of previous cylinder. Then he takes 10-12 days to supply it. Hence practically I cant get supply before 31 to 33 days. If my cylinder finishes before 30 days or prior I am helpless and without fuel in spite of having double connection. I would like to know if what he is doing authorised by you? Purchased an LG dishwasher. After 3 service calls they replaced it!! The one they replaced quit working after 18 months, this was an $800 dishwasher!! They refused to do anything to make it right. We also purchased a Washer Dryer set for over $2300.00 the washer hase been serviced 3 times. We have to leave the door open on it because it smells so musty!! Ripped-off by Woodman entertainment!!! I ordered twice at Pierre Woodmans, Woodman Entertainment company. Both times they ripped me off. First time: they did not apply the announced 5% discount on my order. Second time: They applied, without any prior announcement, a 34,00 EUR transportation charge. I started to use "Chase - Continental business credit card" since June. 2007. I paid my balance in full every month except Sep. 2007. So, on Oct's statement, there is a late fee and financial change. I paid in full (including the financial change) on time on 10/22/07. But again, on Nov's statement, there is $2.68 financial change. I bought a Samsung Refrigerator on July 7, 2003. I boutgh a SR-L627EVSS 21.9 PC and in May of 2007, a shelf on my door cracked. Since I bought a prolonged guarantee, I called the company for the guarantee and they sent a repairman within two weeks to look at my fridge. After one month, no news. I called the repair company DUCLOS & FRERES and they said they are still looking for the part and they will get back to me. Well i have been complaining about getting my stove repaired for the past 3 and a half months. I have had a service tech in to see the problem and they have not repaired it. I have given the run around on this matter in which i am trying to co-operate with bad boy furniture. They have made other appointments with other techs in which can not be fulfilled. I gave my Alto car to Kap for accidental repair and service. They first outrightly denied to admit accidental repair although insurance is from them but on warning not o take policy any further they entertained. In October, I contracted Pneumonia, and due to some complications, my doctor has not released me to resume vigorous physical activity. How can a gas bill go from 22.03 to $140.03 in one month when you don't even have heating, (system been out since November), never home, don't cook. I've called Centerpoint twice today and have been on hold both times for over 1.5 hours. Is this the way they get you so frustrated you just hang up. When we moved into our home we purchased new appliances for our kitchen-all Whirlpool Gold. I had a service call within the first three months for the electric stove saying it didn't heat properly. Two technicians were sent to our home and told me it showed the proper heat level. I stood my ground saying it may be working ok right now, but it doesn't always hold it's temperature. I have lived with this problem since then and now the control panel has gone and the quote was $496.00 to repair the over that hasn't worked properly from day one.
