This company company's customer service is absolutely horrible. I paid over five hundred dollars for them to check my sentricon baiting system for termites and I get only excuses as to why they don't come out and check my stations. I used Sirena Moving to move from Ballwin Missouri to Wichita Kansas and used World Moving Services as the broker. Sirena ruined three pieces of my furniture with an estimated value in excess of $5000. The drivers packed the furniture without blankets to prevent scratching and damage from normal shifting while in transit. They "Stacked" unfinished pieces of furniture on finished pieces of furniture so that it caused a great deal of scaring. My doctor writes 90day scripts and this saves me money. I had refills sent 12/06/07 and when I received them from UPS I opened the package and knew right away some medicine was missing. I counted the pills, propoxphene, and there were 120 pills and it was suppose to be 180. I was missing 60 pills. This is the third time they have shorted my medicines. Authorized repair shop in Istanbul said Nikon stopped making parts and I should search around for parts in independents. I suspect this company may be conducting a scam.
