Parcel numberER27 0331 733US, was received by the post office in Bombay, on the 23rd. of December 2007 and has still not been delivered to the addresse. Today is the 3rd. of January 2008. We were assured that the parcel would be delivered latest by the the 27th. Dec.2007.
This parcel contains documents and plans for tenders to be filled and we are loosing precious time. Will we be compensated for losses caused to us by your in-actions?
Also, please inform which psot office to check for inquiries. We have gone from office to office, without success.

What transpired On January 2, 2008. My visit to
this office was to mail a letter. What transpired entering out of the building I was approached by a black female for which she started stummping toward me. Becuase I was not sure if this was meant for me to move, I did not move and dared that she strike at me. Prior to this compliant I filed a comlaint against Walmart In Matteson Illinois

From past 15 days I am not able to use internet, due to some technical fault. Several times I made complain to customer care service, I got the same reply that it will be solve in a day or so. I am very much disappointed and not happy to continue further service with Tata Broadband.

I am the Vice President of Villa Therese Condo Association, this is a 29 unit building with five floors. We have handicapped unit owners and elderly in the building they moved here because we have a elevator. In May 5 - 11 of 2007 one of our unit owner on the fifth floor, received flooring from Empire Carpet. They brought in her flooring on the elevator and removed her old carpet. While we are gone, someone is setting our channels to
to Spanish channels and setting the DVR to record Spanish events. I have complained to Dishnet about this and the best they can do is tell me how to delete the events, which I already know. I want the events to NOT be recorded or accessed from my receiver. We are 2 senior citizens and the only 2 to occupy this house and pay for the dishnet programming and receiver. read full review »

As a 28-year, loyal AT&T customer, we decided to go with WildBlue since their name was backing it. Here's our experience since 12/22/07 our install date:
1. Misrepresented the initial installation cost: supposed to be $299, yet the guys get here and tell me there's an extra $75.00 fee --which I had to write a separate check for at the time, for having to go into the attic, as that is Non-standard...I was NEVER told that at the time of the "sale". I purchased a Nokia 3230 cell phone on 21/12/2006 in the month of October 2007 it started giving problem the type of problem was the display of my cell phone started flickering. In the start of Nov 2007 I submitted my cell phone at Nokia CarePoint for repairing since then I have submitted my cell phone 4 times because of same problem. Still it is at Nokia Repair Centre.
Now I want replacement of my cell phone and it is covered under the warrantty but Nokia Officials are sleeping there is nobody to hear my complaint. Please help me out. read full review »

bsnl tower is very good but now (last six mounth) is very bad signal and many time when I call some one or recive call the line cut . I have call many time to Castomer care but never connect , it shay all operator are busy and even at 4 o' clock in the morning. Now i live at Bagnan in West Bengal(near Kolkata). I purchased their software "Magic Flare" a software that lets you manipulate text for website building and the internet. I am supposed to have replacement downlaods since they do not supply ou with a disk of the software at purchase. I had to re-install my operating system so key software was lost. I have been trying for weeks to contact this company to obtaina replacement copy of the software. To date, they have not responded. MILITARY BEWARE!!!! The American Laser Center in Vacaville, CA has asked me several times to provide them numbers to the base newspaper and other advertising forums on Travis Air Force Base. Thank God I never did. This place told me that they work very close with military clients since it is a huge client base for them. I called and a rep said it might have gone through three times. It turned out it did. None with confirmation. I tried to cancel the two duplicates. They were shipped anyway. They are hitting my neighborhood very agressively this year. A van ful of proclaimed god-loving kids pulled up out side our community selling newspaper subscriptions and making comments on how nice the cars and houses are in this neighborhood. Last year they sold 5 subscriptions to my next door neighbor and when they tried to follow up there was no answer on the number or a company registered in Atlanta. On a recent visit to our Cinemark theater I learned that customer service is a low level priority. I ordered a medium popcorn to share with my son and two cokes. Simple right? When, I received the product, read the negative side effects, I decided not to use any of the free samples. This company had my credit card number and proceeded to ship and bill product without my authorization. The above information is very difficult to find regarding this company. Family Equine of Central NY is untruthful and false advertises their horses as well as uses BAIT and SWITCH tactics. I was given this as a gift, a stocking stuffer, by my grandmother and she does not keep her reciepts so there is no returning it. On first glance, the unit is nice and appears to be well designed. I am a subscriber of verizon online dsl service and it sucks. It is the worst internet i have ever had. The reason being is i can barely stay connected for 5-10 minutes and then i losose connection again. Then when i call verizon for help i reach them in india or the Philipinies or something like that. I can never get anyone in my own state that i can correspond with effectively. So for anybody who wants dsl do not go for verizon online dsl as it is like dial-up. read full review »

The mgmt of ISJ branch is really screw up and they just cancel the Yoga class anytime they like, some of the member traveled 30-40km to attend the class to find out the class canceled due to instructor MC, this is not fair to members and the classes must be on as scheduled and instructor replacement must be there if he/she is on MC.
I hope the mgmt can seriously look into it as not all members has the time and they need to fit the free time to the schedule and it is so frustrated to find out the class was canceled 3 times in a week. read full review »
