NON RECEIVAL OF SPEED POST SEND EVEN AFTER A MONTH

I have send a very important document to Registrar IGNOU New Delhi on 28th November 2007 from Airport Post Office Kolkata. Even after a month the document is not delivered and above all cannot be tracked. Because of the urgency we use speed post. If this is the way this department works why call speed post? e ordered the series Shogun from them and had to make several calls to machine before we received the porduct. They billed our credit card on 10/19/2007 for the series and when we received it the case was broken and the first two disks wouldn't play all the way through. We called (machine again) and told them t he problem. Today we received an e-mail that they were shipping the series(4 disks) again and were billing our credit card again. I cancelled this order in July after never receiving the futon and was billed by Bill Me Later and can not get them to help me. Gatelys has a message I am calling during after hours which is not the case, the website is no longer available, and if you try to email them your email is returned undeliverable. I called this guy for a locksmith service I had just bout a new home n Shelby and I waned him to drill 2 holes for a deadbolt lock one in the front door and another in the side door. So he told me he will charge me $55.00 trip fee and $45.00 for each door. He also tried to sell me 2 deadbolt locks for $35.00 each and charge me $30.00 to match the keys to the doorknobs on both doors. But I told him that I can get the deadbolts form home depot for a lot less so he is like ok then I will just drill the standard holes.

It all started when the proofs were ready for us on line. We were told that we would get the proofs in hand to look at. I guess they forgot to tell us it via the internet. We can deal with so far, until there is no family pictures, on picture of the Bride and Groom with the bride's parents. No pictures of the Bride and Groom with the Brides brother. I ordered flowers for my aunt for Thanksgiving. They were never delivered and yet my charge card was charged the full amount. I have called them at least 10 times, and everytime they say they will credit my account or call me back. So far, 2 monhts later, I have not received a credit on my charge card and just tonight they said they would call me back, which they did not.

I requested information from a company called Grant Master and was given "trial" memberships with several other companies that I did not want. I was charged a shipping and handling fee for a CD about grants. I do not want to be charged any other fees for things I did not request.
I will not be conducting business with this company again as being a previous business owner they have done nothing but poor business practices and are not very professional in taking care of thier prospective clients. read full review »

Credit One Bank's unfair billing practices as described by many patrons throughout this website and other complaint boards.
I believe in all that support the belief of Credit One's fraudulent billing, pyramiding late charges, and predatory lending practices. I have been with this bank well over 4 years. I want them to check leaking water in the passenger side. when it's hard rain, I have water in a car up to 2". I paid this website by credit card to order a X-mas gift for my daughter. I ordered using google shopping online. shoppershalt charged my credit card but never shipped the product. I have tried contacting them since Dec. 23rd, but they have not responded via email or online chat. The phone number listed is out of service. I transferred an amount of Rs 10000.00 from my ICICI bank account , to my SBI A/c on 1st, Dec, 2007. The amount has not yet been credited to my account.

This complaint is about Shangrila Chinese restaurant in Phase 3B2, Mohali. On 1st Jan 2008, I got 'Honey cauliflower' dish packed and took home. When I opened it, itwas so much of red colour, but we thought it is because oc chilli colour. But when w started eatig it, the colour started sticking to our hands and fingers and we realized that it was too much of synthetic colour. This is in reference with the tata indicom broadband internet connection. We have a bought a connection which no. 9215547571 from Shiva Communications, 7-b, MIE, Bahadurgarh, Distt. Jhajjar.
This connection is in the name of HOSPI-CARE SYSTEMS. This connection is not working properly from last one months.
Problem: This is very slow and ofenely disconnect while working. He get disconnect many times while working.

I had applied for ABN AMRO MUTUAL FUNDS - Opportunities Fund on 17th Dec2007 - Rs.5.00 lacs The chq was collected by their employees. Till date I have not heard any thing from them. I should receive a st. I reminded the officials yesterday and was assured of the st by today morning ie by 3/01/2008 morning. Till now, ie till 8pm, the st has not been recd and I am beginning to worry about my money.
The chq was promptly encashed on 17th itself.
I need info on all avenues to highlight this deficiency and to elicit some action from the fund house.

I bought a brand new Frigidaire washing machine in August of 2007 from Grand Central in Hazleton. It has been serviced 3 times for the same problem since that time, the minimum number of repairs necessary before they will consider a replacement. Now that it's experienced the same problem for the 4th time, I'm expected to wait another 72 hours for them to "consider" a replacement machine.
