Pain Consultants of Atlanta turned a $399.21 bill over to collections despite the fact that I wrote co-pay only on the financial agreement with the doctors and repeatedly told them this fact. These fees supposely for hospital charges when having epidural injections. I ordered a 'free sample' of the diet aid 'phenterthin' for which I have paid $4.95. Little did I knew that the 'bait' was used to obtain info about my banking account and a few days later I ended up with a charge of $149.95 which is still under investigation. I went into the KMart store on December 26, and the return line and the two register lines were somewhat busy. I went up to the service desk twice (waiting approximately 20-30 minutes each time) to ask for assistance in the Christmas trees. Hello I am Sumit Ghai. I got Sify broadband connection Plan:INR [500(registration) + 330(monthly)] on date 22-Dec-2007 at my home 1/109, Vaishali, Ghaziabad . Every time I called their customer service I knew what to expect, friendly service and they got requests processed in a timely and accurate manner. When we got our phone bill this month it showed a fee of 19.95 for Members Edge Voice Mail Monthly this was never ordered but here it is on the phone bill. My husband called the number for the billing questions and spoke to some rep she asked him some questions and most of them matched age, address, ect. but the mothers maiden name was wrong. The lady said she would take the charges off the bill and to be careful, they probably got this info from some survey he did on-line. I purchased a Maytag Refrigerator summer of 2001. It is the most noisy refrigerator I have ever had. I didn't have is 2 months when the door handle came off.
