I have been taken advantage from Morgan Jewelers by a crooked salesman named Danny DelRossa. This guy told me I could return an item I purchased from Morgan Jewelers in Santa Maria California within 30 days but when I decided to take the item on his condition, he said I can't take it back. Fair policy access... be aware before you sign on the line. You won't be able to watch a movie or download much music. They will cut you off for 24 hours. My wife and I had a terrible experience at hairclub. The chemicals used (citric acid) to remove the glue (adhesive) caused more damage. After a initial 3 1/2 consultation, Care Credit paid Hairclub $500. for services not even rendered. Then when she went, on 12/11/07, they adhered the first cap onto her head. This company is charging me an arm and a leg ($2300.00!) for incomplete and half-ass work. Just looking at the car you can see the back tire is not straight (like it should be) and the shop manager basically told me that it is an optical illusion because the fender is bent. My car almost spun out doing 55 mph yesterday when I used to be able to take it at 70 mph with no problem. I looked at the car myself and saw that the suspension bolts were loose... They keep ignoring my pleas for help... I recently took a trip and had a friend do the same trip, while planning, I turned him onto Alamo for our SUV rentals. This company company's customer service is absolutely horrible. I paid over five hundred dollars for them to check my sentricon baiting system for termites and I get only excuses as to why they don't come out and check my stations. When I call to find out why, they say that they will send someone out and they never do. The product was purchased 6 years ago in Singapore and it broke down this December. Authorized repair shop in Istanbul said Nikon stopped making parts and I should search around for parts in independents. My doctor writes 90day scripts and this saves me money. I had refills sent 12/06/07 and when I received them from UPS I opened the package and knew right away some medicine was missing. I counted the pills, propoxphene, and there were 120 pills and it was suppose to be 180. I was missing 60 pills. This is the third time they have shorted my medicines. I used Sirena Moving to move from Ballwin Missouri to Wichita Kansas and used World Moving Services as the broker. Sirena ruined three pieces of my furniture with an estimated value in excess of $5000. The drivers packed the furniture without blankets to prevent scratching and damage from normal shifting while in transit. They "Stacked" unfinished pieces of furniture on finished pieces of furniture so that it caused a great deal of scaring. Performed Smart Liposuction on my stomach and lovehandle areas. I was given a guarantee that the areas that were done would turn out to be flat, which they didn't. I check my account frequently. I found charges that were not authorized by me on my account. One for 40 dollars and two other in the amounts of 7.95 and 9.95. One of them was register on Christmas Day! I know for a fact I was no were near a computer that whole day! I suspect this company may be conducting a scam. Warning! For people that are interested in having their jewelry repaired at company, be warned. I had brought in jewelry to have the smaller diamonds replaced because they fell off because it was an antique. I got it back with the bigger diamond cracked! I purchased a 65 inch Mitsubishi projection tv on 11/06/06. It was delivered to my home on 11/10/06. So far, I have had 2 parts that failed within 13 months of this purchase.
