NOT HAPPY my phone keeps dropping out while I am talking tonight I had to re call my mother in ADelaide 3 times even after 5 minuts because phone would just drop out. I had to re call my friend in Canberra the same number of times because of the same reason. Have tried to call to reprort the fault howver after waiting 15 minutes the damn phone drops out again. On 12/6/08 All Transmission World(ATW) was called to tow my truck and take it to their shop and get an estimate on monday. On monday we were called with the estimate for the fix. We told them to go ahead with it, and they said they will order the parts and that it should be ready by the next day(12/9/08). After placing 2 calls on my Aliant calling card from Maine, I later received a charges on my phone bill for over $4.00 per minute. Aliant removed the charges after we contacted them, explaining that the calls were "high jacked". Over 1 year later we received a "second notice" from thier "collection agency" (CSC) threatening my credit rating. Fireside Bank is a horrible company to deal with - NO customer service from the President down. I made arrangements to pay off my balance on NOV 26 (due date NOV30). Capitol City Bank has charged me well over $5000.00 US this year ALONE! They have hard posts and soft posts so that when you buy something with debit it doesn't really come out immediately, just whenever the next roll over update is (usually midnight unless it's a weekend or holiday).
