On December 11, 2008 we received a written quote via e-mail from this company for $55 to drive from Union NJ to JFK airport for our flight on December 17. On December 15, we called and made a reservation and the $55 amount was confirmed. On December 16 in the morning, the day before our flight, On Time called and said the quote was a "mistake" and they would have to us charge $85. We were leaving early the next morning. They send me cook books sometimes 2 times a month. The last 6 months I have returned them. I get the books in the mail and put return to sender and then take them to the post office. Unopened. Then a month or two down the road they send me a bill for the book which I had sent back. It's starting to upset me to the point of cancelling my membership. I am so ashamed that I fell for this and I hope others are warned so that they may be aware of the deception of this company.
