I am a retail company who placed a wholesale order with Bootleggers Bluff in September of 2008. I have not received any product, nor refund. It takes up to 2 weeks for your payment to clear. They set low credit limits so that your month to month limit is easily exceeded. I have a Discover card by the real Discover and never have any issues, with a $12K limit. Sams lures you into a new card that pays 2%, but GE is the issuing bank...It comes with low credit limits, very slow payment posting (sets you up for excess charges & fees) and lousy customer service. After ordering in 2007 from this company I received an email receipt but never a product delivery. After about two week I tried to contact them with the email address at their site. It was returned as an unknown address. I became suspicious and started monitoring my credit card information daily online. Sure enough, a $3000+ charge was attempted against my account. This was the worst 5 yrs warranty I've gotten. I purchased a Fujitsu s6210 with the fry's five year warranty. It took about 2 months for the laptop to return from servicing; and when it came back, it didn't even power on! I sent is back for another 2 months.
