Not only have I NEVER had anywhere near as many problems from day one for over a year now, but also screwed over by a promotion with my purchase that now they deny. We purchased an male english bulldog puppy from Beth Wheeler - Palmetto bulldog on January 24, 2008 for $2600. This dog was guaranteed to be furnished with FCI registration with the Hungarian Kennel Club as a Recognized and Registered Pure-Bred dog. They told me I had a 7 day trial period and that the materials or kit would arrive in 7 to 10 business days. As it turns out they charged my credit card before I got the kit to even try it out to see if it works. They give you a web site address as if already know what's going on. Concerning the 4 coin Barack Obama coin set, advertised by Montel on TV and website. Supposed to have a $1 gold-plated coin, Kennedy 1/2 dollar, Illinois quarter and Hawaii quarter and 4 certificates of autheticity. What I got has 2 Hawaii quarters, none from IL. On the collector's folder descriptions (which is different from the one shown on TV and web), it say "A State Quarter" for the one that should be from IL. I entered into a Forbearance agreement in 2007 after falling ill. They never increased my payment and each month reported me late and charged me late fees for payments that were made on time. I have continously phoned Surehealth @ 1-800-337-1421 and have tried to review Surehealth website but to no prevail. Upon phoning the 1-800 number it doesn't state Surehealth but another insurance company. Surehealth have continued to withdraw monthly payments but has not paid for any medical. Surehealth did notify me via mail and phone call of the transferring to another company but now I have to pay for medical service rendered. It can be a routine physical and I get a bill that no deductible was paid. Surehealth did not mail a letter stating the change. I m very thankful that I have not become drastically ill to be told I do not have coverage. read full review »

Col;umbia House has refused to achnowledge returned goods we did not order and sent right back with Canada post. They have not replied to several letters explaining the situation and their claim is $23.50 from back in March of 2008. Their cost of mainling notices is probably more than this. I need a grant and was scamed last night. I tried to get back on their internet site to cancel my order for $24.95, but was unable to do so. I contacted my credit card and was told the charge was on my credit card but it had not gone through yet. I filed a complaint against this company with my credit card, and was told to call back on the 6th of Feb to see what has been done.
