They are sending my account to collection. I have requested itemized billing listing services rendered, out of pocket payments, insurance payments and credits (yes, credits!). The billing doesn't reflect the services and payments I made. Two weeks after getting a $71. credit for overpayment, I received a bill for over $900. with no additional treatment. After waiting in the crowded Omni Clinic reception area for almost 3 hours, I was received by a Physician's Assistant. I had an open wound on my foot which I believed to be infected, the symptoms being extreme pain when I put pressure on my foot, and swelling in the area of the wound. In October 2008, I recognized an unauthorized charge from TLG Credprot on my Chase Credit Card Statement for $120. I called the the number on my statement. A representative from TLG told me I had been "a member in good standing since 2003." He informed me that I was enrolled by my Financial Institution. Be very cautious when dealing with these guys. They offer a guarantee to sell you car within a 90 day period and charge $200 to place an add on their website. I enrolled in the medical billing division of this school. I was extremely disappointed with the course material. It was out of date and full of discrepancies- everything from numbers transposed to incorrect information. The customer service, or student service, reps were, for the most part, very unprofessional.
