I am a retail company who placed a wholesale order with Bootleggers Bluff in September of 2008. I have not received any product, nor refund. I have read about a dozen emails from them explaining why they have not sent or refunded my order (sickness, their broke, weather, you name it).
Since informing them that I would contact every link and directory they are linked to make others aware they are a FRAUD on January 13th 2009, they have suddenly sold the company. Do not be fooled by 'NEW OWNERSHIP'. They are SCAM ARTISTS pretending like they have no affiliation with the previous owners. There is no 'NEW OWNERSHIP'. read full review »

The only time you will receive results from this law firm is when they collect your money. I told John Musca about the case I had and he said that a lawyer was definitely needed and could do something about it. He quickly turned me over to his associate who quickly took my information and collected thousands of dollars.
After 3 weeks of me calling the law firm and telling them what was going on, a sentence was handed down. John Musca nor Brandon Kolb, or any representative from the law firm, ever attended a hearing, never went to court... read full review »

It takes up to 2 weeks for your payment to clear. They set low credit limits so that your month to month limit is easily exceeded. I have a Discover card by the real Discover and never have any issues, with a $12K limit. Sams lures you into a new card that pays 2%, but GE is the issuing bank...It comes with low credit limits, very slow payment posting (sets you up for excess charges & fees) and lousy customer service. The only good thing that I suggest, is to pay in person at the Club, that way you get a receipt & GE can't drag their feet in posting the payment. read full review »

After ordering in 2007 from this company I received an email receipt but never a product delivery. After about two week I tried to contact them with the email address at their site. It was returned as an unknown address. I became suspicious and started monitoring my credit card information daily online. Sure enough, a $3000+ charge was attempted against my account. I was able to stop it and get account closed.
I filed a complaint at https://complaint.ic3.gov, but I guess that went nowhere.
I'm not even sure that what their advertising for sale is even a legitimate product.

Carl Newlen and Amanda Newlen listed a website for sale on sitepoint.com. They said that they would sell the website to me and to send them money via western union. After they received the funds via western union I never heard from them again. I never received any website files at all! I lost $12, 000.00 USD.
I am currently contacting the FBI Internet Fraud Division and filing a motion in my home state court for their immediate arrest for interstate internet fraud which is a federal offense. I also have their license plate number and make and model of their vehicle. read full review »

I did not recognize a charge on my credit card statement for OEM/PARTSBIN. So I called their 800 number and found out this was an online auto parts company. I have never ordered auto parts online. They authorized an order using my credit card information, but with the wrong phone number and wrong email, and shipped $162.31 worth of auto parts to a woman in another state, hundreds of miles away. Had to cancel my bank card because of these people they have charged my bank card $25.00 twice through 2 different company names. I supposedly ordered through Seattle Coffee Direct and was charged $25.00 for a company called Metro Coffee Roasters and then $25.00 again for some company called Bellezza Coffee. These people are ripoffs do not do business with them. They are listed with a company called Snapdollars and offer you a deal on their coffee which is a trick just to get your bank acct #. read full review »

On January 19, 2009 I contacted Dr. Gray Bailey's office due to a toothach. They were able to see me that day. I had already been suffering with this tooth for a week and knew it needed to be removed. It was absessed and my face was swollen and I could not eat, sleep, let alone work... whick I had been for a week. I went in they exrayed it and said "Nothing was wrong with the tooth" I insisted that there was and I wanted the tooth removed, he disagreed with me and put me on antibiotics and pain meds. On December 22nd, I cancelled my subscripton to Colon RX and was given a confirmation number, but as I found out on February 2nd, it was only hall of the number I needed and the subscripton was never cancelled. the boss and the worker are racist and rude. they get into your business and when the ppl leave they come talk about them to the person still there. the worker talks about arabian women a lot. how they dont know how to talk, or how to wash clothes. he is very rude and i had an bad experience with both worker and owner yelling cursing, name calling and very racist comments. very rude also about blondes and women. oh my god this store needs to be shut down. read full review »

I first bought a timeshare at Oasis Lakes Orlando in 1999, we had no problems. paid our maintenance fees which increased drasticly year by year. We paid it off about 2 years ago, and last holidayed there last Sep 08, Our airline went bust and we spent most of our time in the condo ringing airlines to get a flight home. Finally, the third person gave me half the information, neglecting to mention that I need to send the original packing slips. I SIGNED UP TO DOWNLOAD A MOVIE OR TWO IN GOOD FAITH. I GAVE MY NAME AND CREDIT CARD INFO. THE OFFER WAS A PROMOTIONAL TRIAL FOR 3 DAYS AT $4.87.
I WAS TO RECEIVED AN EMAIL WITH A VALIDATION ID ENCLOSED FOR ENTRANCE TO DOWNLOAD PROVIDER AND MY DOWNLOADING ADVENTURE.
AN EMAIL WAS NEVER SENT.

When the delivery men brought the washer and dryer out, one of the wires was pulled from the dryer and afroengineered to work. Now the dryer will not work. This was the worst 5 yrs warranty I've gotten. I purchased a Fujitsu s6210 with the fry's five year warranty. It took about 2 months for the laptop to return from servicing; and when it came back, it didn't even power on! I sent is back for another 2 months. I DID get a loaner laptop, but the service manager tried to charge me a 15% restocking fee because it was 'used' after 4 months of impotence!! (That would have been almost $300+!) This complaint is mostly about how the trainer that I paid to train me for fitness and fighting lessons would not promote hard contact sparring!
His classes were detailed and well run, but at the end all i really wanted is bloody nose or black eye to feel acomplished for my training.
One thing I cant complain about is his attention to detail and knowledge on the sport of MMA. Good coaching and adds a personal touch to all his sessions.

I had ordered the Acai Berry & the Bromalite colon cleanse on the same night. I receivedthe Bromalite.
I called the phone number to cancel the order(which you had to do in 14 days from time of ordering), I had no problem.
I then called the toll free number to cancel the order for Acai Berry(which I had never received),
They said that they could not find me. He gave me an email adress to cancel the order. I can't find which one that it is. I just hope that I do not get charged for something that I did not ever recieved.
