Siskiyou Daily News has put 9 articles in it's newspapers repeating a one-sided story, of an assault. Five of these articles were on the front page and four had mug shots of the suspects. I did research and found that other similar incidents are not covered at all or barely. September 11, 2008 the Sheriff's Report stated that a 33 man hit a 50 year old man in the head with a baseball bat. No names, no article, no mug shot. In 2004, I purchased a 2004 Nissan Quest and an extended warranty for 5yr/60k miles for $1100 from Star Nissan in Niles, IL. At the time I purchased the car, the factory warranty was 3yr/36k miles. In 2007 I moved to Texas. In December 2008, I took my car in for service at a Nissan dealership in TX and learned that Nissan had extended the factory warrranty on the 2004 Quest to 5yr/60k miles in 2004 because it had so many problems. 8 months ago I purchased one time WIFI internet service from AT&T at an airport. Now I realise that I am subscribed to a yearly service paying 20$ a months. I built web sites all my life for a living so I'm 110% sure that it wasn't very clear that I'm subscribing to a yearly service. I find AT&T's aproach very deceiving because I opened up a web page designed for that airport and its clear that %90 of the passangers would like to purchase a "one time" service. The Equifax online site is full of **** I was subscribed to this service for two years Last November I cancelled the subscritions I had because some of the services I was paying for were not accessible by my or active. I purchased an SUV from them in November of 2008. I noticed the first week of driving the truck, that there was a terrible grinding noise whenever I turned the wheel. We purchased a wine bottle opener from this company that did not work properly from the beginning. It never worked smoothly and often didn't remove corks properly. It then broke entirely. We contacated them and offered an exchange for another type of opener, and they refused. They then stopped responding to our contact efforts.
